The first one they gave me died, and they replaced it right there, on the spot, no questions asked, and that one has been fine ever since. I have also gone to them a few times with general tech questions that they were under no obligation to answer, and they have always stopped what they were doing and have taken the time to explain things to me, patiently and in detail. Very nice people, and they turned my computer around very quickly, but the technician did exactly…read morewhat I did before bringing my computer in, and charged me $45 for it (the problem - unable to connect to or even find a wifi connection - came back the next day, which is what happened when I did it), instead of going right to the next step (reseating or replacing my corrupt network adapter hardware, which I couldn't do myself). Had I brought it back, I would have been charged upwards of $160 more for what should have been done in the first place. I ended up buying an external network adapter for $18 on Amazon and now I can get on the internet without a problem.
