A month later I started up the new Lenovo and the screen immediately began to glitch. My new machine was defective right out of the box. Staples tried to bring the machine up but the defective monitor did not allow for and repair/diagnosis. Rats! But the machine was still under factory warranty. I placed a trouble ticket on the Lenovo website and was assigned a case on February 2, 2021. I waited about two weeks, thinking I would at least have a follow-up message about my machine. I frequent Topsham where this unassuming little shop is located on the second floor of suite 2 in Topsham Fair Mall and thought, I'll check it out.
