Although the internet here is fast enough, that stale fabric softener oderiferus emination is slight but unpleasant to my nose, so I tend not to stick around and watch my pants really roll. The quarters machine is always working -i hear that's an issue elsewhere, just hold the cup steady and pretend you hit Cherry Cherry Cherry on the one armed bandit as the avalanche of coins go "jingle jangle jingle" as they fall perfectly fitting your Dixie paper cup - if only they had a Missile Command or Robotron machine.. I'm also always consumed by the idea of pouring a excessive amount of detergent into the machine, set the controls to HOT and HIGH and let'er Rip. Fill the Lighthouse with bubbles to the ceiling, flicker the light switch (put the needle on the record) juggle the bubbles and spin within them like a spinny top.

Josh has helped me many times with a variety of issues over the years and has ALWAYS provided me with professional, quick, affordable, and outstanding service. As a middle-aged, self-admitted tech "challenged" person I have appreciated his patience with my questions and willingness to work with me through processes like transferring data from one laptop to another, setting up printer connections, or addressing Android issues. I was so comfortable with him that I connected my 93-year-old Dad to him for his computer needs - Josh was so kind and compassionate. Last week my laptop died and Josh recommended a new computer to purchase. Before I returned to him with my new machine to transfer the data he told me that when he opened my old computer the RAM was loose - when he reconnected it the computer started working. Maybe other businesses would have neglected to inform me of this information and gone ahead to charge me for a transfer but Josh, as always, was honest to a fault. I was having problems with My laptop. I got some kind of virus that had started to take over a bunch of My accounts and confusingly logged into My files. A few people had looked at it and couldn't pinpoint the problem. Josh found the problem within 30 minutes, communicating with Me every step of the way in helping to ensure My laptop and personal data was taken care of. The battery would not fit inside the compartment, besides that the exterior of the laptop was free from any major damage (though it was worn in from 10+ years of use). I was told the brand new (still in package, purchased from Walmart ) flash drive I brought in did not work, so I was put in a situation where it was easiest to purchase what they had. I did not want to complicate things, so I went ahead and gave them the ok... When I went to go pick it up I was kind of surprised at the price, it was a tad bit more than the rough estimate I received over the phone from Ben. But that wasn't an issue, I was excited to finally get my beloved data! I was so excited I did not fully realize how much of a makeover ole' Joe did on my beloved MacBook. It now makes sense why he was pushing me to recycle it, get rid of the evidence of his HORRENDOUS work. My mind is absolutely blown he could keep a straight face when he handed me this laptop. He seemed agitated that I asked him to screw the housing back together, it was literally wide open, you could see the motherboard as clear as day. He snapped it back together and then mentioned there were some more screws, which he did not offer to put back in. So I had to say: "yes Joe I want the screws from my laptop". This would be obvious to anyone besides a Genius like Joe. I would NEVER bring anything to these people EVER again. I literally cannot believe the damage he did to my laptop. He completely ruined it. I had the laptop previously looked at and it would of cost $3-$400 to fix, at the time I opted out to just buy a new laptop and recover the data later. I wanted to hang on to the first generation MacBook Pro because it was something special to me, I liked having the possibility of having it fixed. Now it is literally DEMOLISHED. Look at the final invoice under Notes: "4. Reassembled device ....." Look at the picture! This is what he deems as a "reassembled device". Literally wide open with tons of screws missing and the keyboard completely torn up. Joe you are a Genius!

They told me that they would not do that, they were no going to play a game to attempt to recreate a problem, even though it was created mere seconds before the problem manifests itself. Complete waste of time contacting them.

Had I brought it back, I would have been charged upwards of $160 more for what should have been done in the first place. I ended up buying an external network adapter for $18 on Amazon and now I can get on the internet without a problem.
