I had a flooded bathroom on the second floor from a broken fitting. The water leaked through the…read morekitchen light fixtures onto my wood floor and then down to the basement. It was a mess! Dave Landry was there within 20 minutes and started the cleanup process. He had one of his men bring over a huge dehumidifier connected to mats to suction the water from the floor in the kitchen, saving the floors. Then big blowers started drying the water in the ceiling. The ceiling eventually needed work, but all of his crew was helpful, careful and courteous. I am very appreciative and recommend them highly.

Dave Landry is local guy and he's been in the business a long time. He seems to have a lot of good sources for replacing unusual radiators, hardwood floors, etc. He seems to know all of the insurance adjusters, contractors, and even gives tips on local restaurants and entertainment. Although we knew this was far from normal, we used the machine for awhile longer before calling Mark's. The phone was answered professionally and cheerfully, and Mark arrived promptly the next day at the time we were told he would be here. Mark diagnosed the problem and told us what repair would entail in terms of labor and approximate cost. We don't know whether the repair person we had previously was incapable of identifying the problem , or whether he was incapable of or unwilling to do such an extensive repair, but another time we'll call Mark's first.
