I could not have been happier or more impressed with the results! I watched the entire process and I was amazed by the entire team. They worked like a finely tuned machine and there was very little conversation between them members and judging by how well they worked in sync they didn't need much. Apparently each team member had a specific skill set but every team member jumped in when needed to work as efficiently as possible. We offered Sam a bonus/tip for the work done and he declined saying that he did what we discussed. We fe that he and his team went above and beyond what was expected. we asked him if it was ok to offer his team a bonus. Maine Yankee Chimney Services stepped up in a time of need. They helped when one of the chimneys on…read moreour buildings in Mechanic Falls, Maine got blocked - which created an extremely dangerous situation. They immediately responded and cleared the blockage. They also evaluated the problem with the chimney and the chimney on our building next door - both buildings dating back to 1860 and needing repair. Yancey and Shawn tore down the chimneys and re-built them and then installed liners in each. They did awesome work and were very attentive and professional! We are good to go for another 165 years! While the work was expensive - they were fair and did what they said they were going to do when they said they were going to do it! Thank you!
