The owner was only half interested in my concerns; and at the end of the 20 minute consultation/lecture, I still had to re-explain the job to 3 separate workers. Some of whom seemed very distracted from the work. My lawn was filled with holes and only a few of my flower beds were untouched. When I began to ask about the crew's plan to fix the pits in my lawn, I was met with more ambiguity and downtalking about how 'it's just part of the work'. I'm not a fool, I have seen more legitimate businesses preform and behave in a more professional way. Everyone I ask seems to have a 50/50 take on Benner's Tree Service, but I wholly recommend any other of the number of tree services in the Mid-Coast area.
