The service is good, but communication is awful. Does not answer the phone, mail box is full, doesn't respond to texts or attempted contact through their website. I have questions regarding billing and it's impossible to discuss it. read more

We have been using Jed's service for almost 9yrs and he is AMAZING! He comes every single week, always charges fair amounts, & does an incredible job. He even takes all of our cardboard for free! He is honest and works so very hard! Very lucky to have this service! Definitely a good call to make! read more
