Dave Landry was there within 20 minutes and started the cleanup process. He had one of his men bring over a huge dehumidifier connected to mats to suction the water from the floor in the kitchen, saving the floors. Then big blowers started drying the water in the ceiling. The ceiling eventually needed work, but all of his crew was helpful, careful and courteous. I am very appreciative and recommend them highly.

They then found a way to still do it even though the text message confirming on my end never went out, so there was a snafu. Packing up was great. The two guys who came were friendly and polite. I saw what they were doing--packing wise, carrying--and it was respectful of the stuff as well as their own safety (important, you know). This has been during Covid19, and even though most people where we're at dispense with masks, they wore them in the house and whenever they and I were talking, also with social distancing then. I just got it back and it's keeping perfect time. About 10 years before this, I sent my Rolex to California Watch Repair (another so-called Rolex repair company) to do a service, and a month later my watch had visible water droplets on the inside crystal. I found The Watch Repair Center and after speaking with Errol I sent it to him. He cleaned out all the water damage, replaced everything that was irreparable and then did a full service.
