They never call you back, they made many errors on the report they did. They didnt follow the FHA guudleines amd actually said they have never heard of the FHA checklist, yikes. When i called to complain and then tred to file a claim on her errors insurance she refused to call me to even discuss it. They i get a letter feom her lawyer with all kinds of deflection. They appraised a house for way more than it should have and caught none of the faults that would make it not pass FHA then in a letter from the lawyer they say, well you bought the house as is. Well let me tell you something, that has nothing to do with an appraisal so I assume they know the agent and was doing him a solid to pass it. I can buy a house as is or with conditions and it still doesn't change an appraisal. Btw point that out to them and then they scrabble like cockroachs. BUYER BEWARE

I just got it back and it's keeping perfect time. About 10 years before this, I sent my Rolex to California Watch Repair (another so-called Rolex repair company) to do a service, and a month later my watch had visible water droplets on the inside crystal. I found The Watch Repair Center and after speaking with Errol I sent it to him. He cleaned out all the water damage, replaced everything that was irreparable and then did a full service.
