I just got it back and it's keeping perfect time. About 10 years before this, I sent my Rolex to California Watch Repair (another so-called Rolex repair company) to do a service, and a month later my watch had visible water droplets on the inside crystal. I found The Watch Repair Center and after speaking with Errol I sent it to him. He cleaned out all the water damage, replaced everything that was irreparable and then did a full service. It then ticked as a Rolex should, and no water issues from then on. I can't speak highly enough about Errol and his wife Michelle. 20 Stars out of 10! Seriously!

While I didn't end up keeping the necklace, the entire process was very easy and the online customer support was probably the friendliest, most helpful, and easy-going that I have ever dealt with. I truly appreciate how much this company prioritizes their customer service and communication, it is probably the best out there. If I needed a jeweler again for either repair or purchase, I would go there first as their selection was impressive and their service first rate.

I wanted a ring designed for 3 generations of diamonds, my grandmother's, my mother's and mine, to eventually pass down to my daughter. I went in with a design in mind and Frances perfectly created on paper exactly what I envisioned and described. Aaron then created the ring perfectly! It's so beautiful, and I love it!! Everyone there is so sweet, so very good at what they do, they take the time needed to get things just right from design to finished product, and the cost is very reasonable, imo. It's easy to tell they take pride in what they do, as they should because they're all excellent at their job, they're genuinely nice, good people there, and the result of all they provide is an extremely satisfied and overjoyed customer! :-)

We called to check on the bell and first were told the girl who could work on it didn't come in until 10 one morning and they would call us with an update. I'm sure there was some confusion with myself calling and my husband being the person they called back however, after we called to check again on the bell, we were told that they engraved it, didn't like how it came out, buffed it, and would be re-engraving it. Once again, when we called to check on it, we were told that the girl that did engraving didn't work on Mondays. Then, next thing we know, they are telling us they can no longer engrave it. I understand that unpredictable situations occur and perhaps my perception of the experience is a bit different, but we were told they could do something and then after apparently doing work, could no longer perform the service requested. It just felt a bit off... everyone was friendly when we would call so nothing against the employees, just ended up being a situation that set us back on this project (a gift) a few weeks longer than we would have liked and just seemed like we were being given false information.

That watch was worth at least a couple hundred dollars when I left it at the store. Now it isn't worth anything. So, there are really only two possibilities here. One, that they caused the damage and didn't realize it. This would make them merely incompetent. Or, two, that they caused the damage to the watch and chose not to disclose it. I had chosen to pick through and purchase some coins in their "world silver coin" box, but I (after purchasing a large number) have disappointingly found a few coins that aren't silver at all - but copper nickel. Their pricing on this box was also very loose with the cashier taking a "rough mental average" of the purity of the coins and adding a "small" premium over spot. While I should've known better to pick only coins I'm familiar with and trusting this undisclosed "small premium", they shouldn't have had any non-silver coinage in the silver coinage bin. I'm sure it would be a headache, but separating the world coins based on purity and not a "rough average" would provide a MUCH better experience for the customer.
