Taras and Yuri packed up everything extremely quick, put moving blankets on and wrapped everything so nothing would be damaged in transit. Also they were both funny and Taras's laugh made the stressfullness of moving that much easier. He also had badass SpongeBob socks which I highly approve of. The entire process from booking to completing the move was great. Thank you so much Yuri and Taras, you guys are legends! Their reliability and ease of setting up the packing and move when I was not even able to be present and the timing was truly helpful. It was more expensive than I had ever paid for movers, even without the packing, and that's honestly why I could not give them full 5 stars. As a military member going through an honorable discharge to help my family in crisis while already injured myself, I had to empty out my own savings and my children's I had saved up over a 9-month deployment in the combat zone to move back to my family when they needed my help, not even sure if I could then provide for them. So while I really thank them for the job they did, I never financially recovered from that and I do ask Rock Movers to consider the vets or military members in San Diego and to complete a weight estimate for them to be reimbursed.

My original movers underestimated the how much truck space we needed even after a visual inspection days before. On moving day they left me with a garage full of stuff and said they would not make two trips to come pick up what did not fit on the truck. I started to panic as we needed to be out that day. Called around till I found Oceanside Local Movers. They were empathetic and had their crew add us, just as they were headed home. I wish I would have hired them initially! Highly recommend them.

It took them till 10:30 at night to get it all packed and stowed in the truck. They were prompt on delivery day too. Moving is usually stressful, overwhelming, and full of opportunities for things to go wrong -- but Diamond Moving Company turned the entire experience into something smooth, thoughtful, and safer from beginning to end. From the moment the team arrived, I felt immediately at ease. Every item, no matter how big or small, was wrapped with care and attention. They used high-quality materials, padded everything thoroughly, and took time to make sure my belongings were protected in a way that showed real pride in their work. My fragile items, artwork, electronics, and furniture all made it through the move without a single scratch. What impressed me even more was the way the team handled unexpected rain. They didn't rush or get flustered -- they simply adjusted and made sure everything stayed dry and safe. Extra wrapping, extra blankets, careful timing between the truck and the door... they handled it all like absolute pros. I felt incredibly grateful knowing that even with bad weather, they were taking every precaution possible to keep my things protected. Throughout the entire process, the team was communicative, efficient, and genuinely kind. They checked in with me regularly, confirmed where items should go, and made sure I felt comfortable every step of the way. They worked quickly without ever sacrificing quality or safety, and you could tell they take pride in doing the job right -- not just fast. Diamond Moving Company made what could have been a really stressful day feel surprisingly smooth and supported. My belongings were safe, the process was organized, and the team was absolutely wonderful to work with. If you are looking for a moving company that is reliable, careful, detail-oriented, and deeply respectful of your home and your items, Diamond Moving Company is the one. I'm genuinely grateful for the experience and won't hesitate to hire them again in the future. My one complaint which has happened everytime I use them is the estimate is almost half meaning it usually cost 2x what I am quoted.
