A very nice couple own this business and are there every day, along with their daughter. They have repaired watches, replaced batteries, given advice on watches that weren't worth repairing, etc. I have been thoroughly pleased with their work for these past nine years. I recommend them wholeheartedly. They offer great service at a very fair price. I read a negative review from one customer, but the person who wrote it has written almost nothing but condescending, negative reviews of every organization she has evaluated. Try to avoid if you can. The woman behind the counter, helping the old man is SO rude. She never greet me at my entrance to the place or asked me if I needed something. I was there for a change of battery, she was helping a couple before me. When they were done, I perfectly heard when she told them: the battery is free and for the other watch 25. They paid and when I told her I wanted to change the battery of my girl watch she did so and made me a "face". I told her I wanted use the coupon I got from yelp and she told me those were not accepted anymore. And charged me 5 dollars!! Yes! For a battery of 50cents!!! What a kind and caring business! My daughter's pink watch buckle broke. I ordered a replacement buckle online but then realized I had no idea how to actually put it on the strap. I brought the replacement buckle and watch to Time Masters and they were able to make the repair while I waited. When it was time to check out, the nice lady commented that they used a silver buckle (the one I brought in was pink) to match the winding mechanism (something I did not consider when I bought the part) and it looks amazing. Time Masters is incredible. John is very knowledgeable, master at his craft and a true gentlemen. My vintage 1950's Omega Seamaster automatic was running fast and John was able to diagnose the problem within 10 sec of me describing it. He also educated/warned me of what some of the other watch repair and authorized dealers will try to do. Namely instead of just fixings the one issue, the will want to take it all apart and clean it. This would cost more than the watch is worth. So after calling a couple places and getting told exactly what John warned me about, I went back to Time Masters and he quoted me a very reasonable price to get the hair spring cleaned. I was amazed when I entered this little shop. Not what I was expecting at all. Instead of a dusty old watch repair, it was a very cute boutique type atmosphere where I could buy jewelry and other trinkets. I would definitely go back. Just wanted to write a review about this nice little watch and clock repair shop that is family owned and operated and very conveniently located at Parmer and Avery Ranch on the east side of South East corner of Parmer Lane. It's a busy little place. There were at least three customers ahead of us and more came in as we were there but we had our watch turned in in the battery replaced and we were done within about 10 minutes so it was very good customer service. We also asked by we were there about repair of a clock that was not expensive we are sure but it has sentimental value to us as it belong to my husband's parents and was their anniversary clock. We found out that they do indeed so we will be taking that clock back to see if it can be fixed. So if you have a Yelp account they advertise that if you check in while you're there your watch battery is free. Well not only is the battery free but the installation is also! Unbelievable! They replaced the battery and suggested a overnight cleaning. I left it overnight and was running late to pick it up the next day. Brought my 18K gold Rolex Presidential in to see if it was authentic. I had the watch for many years and I am always careful with this watch and do not wear it often so it appears brand new. Appreciated the owner taking the pin out of the watch band and taking the back of the watch off in front of me and showing me the serial numbers and everything was authentic. I was wearing the watch a week later and as I was getting into my car my Rolex fell off my wrist onto the asphalt street. Fortunately, I saw my watch fall off. I could have lost a $30,000 18K gold Rolex watch. The owner did not put the pin back all the way which is why it fell off my wrist. The housing of my 18K gold Rolex now has its first scratches from the fall. It took me a few minutes when I got back home to put the pins back in properly with a small jewelers screw driver making sure both pins, one on each end of the watch band were fully seated into the watch housing. The owner should have been more careful. The pin can easily seen if it is in the watch housing all the way as there is a slot in the pin. read more

DO NOT GO HERE. This store completely broke my watch after putting a new battery in. I went back to the store to ask why the entire crown and stem now completely came out of the watch after the battery replacement, and they said "it was like that when it came in". My watch was in perfect condition when I brought it in. When I asked why I wasn't notified that something was wrong with my watch, they couldn't provide me with any answers and just wanted my out of the store. The owner was EXTREMELY rude. They said they didn't even replace the battery, even though they charged me for one. Luckily I had my receipt to prove I had paid for the replacement of a battery.
