Time 2 Taco catered my daughters 1st Birthday Party this past weekend. Edgar was our taco guy. He came prior to the beginning of the party to start cooking all of the food and gave us all of the leftovers before tearing his space down. Edgar was extremely polite and professional. I communicated with the company via email regarding my booking and a special request that no bell peppers be prepared with the food due to a food allergy and had a pleasant experience. Edgar showed me that per my request no bell peppers were purchased and the onions and cilantro were kept separately from each other (another special request I had). I got stuck with an impromptu party for about 40 people, with less than 2 weeks notice. I talked to Junior and Edgar, and they were booked up. However, they did tell me that they would come in early, prep my food, THEN go to their catering obligations. All i had to do was pick it up. And we're talking food for 50 people plus. A ton of food! It was ready on time, fresh and fantastic ! ! The food was the hit of the party, everyone was stuffed, and i cant thank the guys enough. We hired Time 2 Taco for our daughter's baby shower. They arrived early to set up and were ready to serve as soon as the first guests arrived. Guests had a choice of 3 meats, rice, beans, grilled onions, cilantro, limes, choice of 2 salsas and Aguas frescas. Our taco man was friendly and attentive. We had Junior & His Team for My Fathers Birthday Party. Junior met me prior to our Event to determine the best place to set up and go over details. He was prompt and professional throughout the process. We had approximately 170 Guests and they were served in a very timely manner with courtesy and quickness and the line never backed up.
