Busy little cafe. I saw a beautiful Red Velvet Cake get picked up with Happy Birthday Iced on top. I saw Cinnamon Rolls with or without icing. I saw Raspberry Scones that made my mouth water. I had a mushroom egg Ciabatta sandwich (Snowy Mountain) that was so good I forgot about all the sweets. They made my Dirty Chai Latte just the way I like it. If they keep up with the busy crowds, they will be the place to be!

Best coffee in town. Reminded me of the coffee I savor in New York City gourmet coffee bars. Breakfast sandwiches are fresh, hot, and delicious.

I really large breakfast and lunch menu and a full coffee bar menu

A real find in the middle of the North country. Open for breakfast and lunch, and on Saturday you can have breakfast anytime, or lunch. Everything is homemade, with a wonderful selection of soup salad and sandwiches, and all your favorite breakfast items. There are many home-baked selections of tempting goodies, and a full service coffee bar. A favorite for locals, and in the winter for snowmobilers. Just a great spot for a quick bite.

You might be tempted to drive right past this place but it's well worth the stop. The staff was really friendly and helpful. The ADK BLT is by far the best BLT I've ever eaten. It's my go to sandwich and I've sample a lot of them but this is now my favorite. There's a sweetness to it that I wasn't expecting but really worked for me. Like other reviewers I also recommend the iced Adirondack latte. It's like drinking Bryers coffee ice cream.

Cute place with amazing coffee!!

I fun place with interesting food - not what I expected in rural America. Great service. Fair pricing. Go here.

The food and drinks are made to order. Everything is fresh. Only three tables inside but there is plenty of seating outside.

This is a tragedy. And that is not a word I use lightly either…read more What kind of person buys a gem like Mrs. London's and doesn't take the time to learn the recipes, master the craft, and maintain the standards of what was once arguably the best boulangerie and patisserie in America? Seriously, there is someone here to blame. What is their name? I want to know. Sure, it's not a civil or criminal offense. But it's a crime against food. It's a crime against the people of Saratoga Springs. And it's just plane offensive. I regret if anyone was driven to try Mrs. London's based on my previous glowing reviews. I am so sorry. I had no idea. But I was just there this morning. I gazed into the pastry case at the croissants, and my heart sank. I felt sick. The croissants looked like something you would see in an airport. I think the croissants at Costco might be better. These were flat, flabby, and pale things. Far from the perfect, golden, flaky, structured, glistening beauties of the past. And this isn't about fond recollections. I have receipts. Photos from the past and pictures of the present. It's night and day. If the new owners aren't going to preserve Mrs. London's food, they should have the decency to put someone else's name on the joint. I too asked about the breads, and was told "their baker retired". Fortunately, Michael London taught other people to bake amazing artisan bread, and his legacy lives on elsewhere. Unfortunately, nobody at the shop bearing his name bothered to pick up the torch. What a shame. It is so sad. I am literally heart broken. This was one of my favorite bakeries in the country. I went out of my way to make a special stop in my limited time passing through the region. But I suppose nothing lasts forever, and this is a valuable reminder of that unfortunate fact. My days visiting Mrs. London's are over. I can no longer recommend it in good conscience. Perhaps the hot chocolate is still good, and the decor is still lovely. However, if you look closely at the glowing reviews, they all point back to a time that has now sadly passed.

This was a 3.5 star experience. Yelp needs to get with the program here. Let's start with the…read moreambience, it's super cute inside! I loved it! Both the pecan pastry and the raspberry cheese danish were great! No complaints! Where this place falls right off the cliff is service. It's cold and rude. No if's ands or but's about it. And after my experience, I went and read all the reviews. This is a thing apparently. And to make it worse, the owner, instead of apologizing with humility and concern to the guests that keep him in business instead writes entitled zero accountability messages back to patrons after leaving bad reviews. Honestly that's immature and short sighted. The good will of the public doesn't last forever. But on the other hand, if you desperately miss the rudeness of Europe then this is truly the place for you!

I ordered a piece of the chocolate zucchini, bread, a really thick slice! And she heated it up. I paired it with a tall cup of nice quality tea. My husband ordered the breakfast burrito and a tall coffee. We enjoyed seeing locals and visitors coming through the door as a steady stream. The owner never missed a beat, welcoming each and every person into the café. And greeting them again when they walked out. The atmosphere was friendly, the decor what I would expect from up north coffee shop. Nothing fancy, but lots of local art on the walls. That's also for sale if you would like. I like to see people support local artists. Our initial round of food was so good, that we decided to try more out of the pastry case my husband ordered a blueberry muffin, and I tried a cinnamon roll. Totally worth the calories!! Unfortunately, I wasn't able to get pictures of our other food before we totally ate them!! I highly recommend Café Sarah in North Creek New York.

Hidden in the back of the Pine Cone Mercantile store, a business that shares both the address and…read morethe phone number, is a scratch bakery that specializes in artisanal breads. The loaves usually sell quickly, so it's best to show up early. My sister clued us in on the place and as we walked by shortly before they were closing at 4 pm on a Saturday in August, there was a tent sign outside showing a variety of breads crossed off and two remaining. Sure enough, there were not only just two flavors left in the display case, there were only two loaves. We purchased the sourdough with cherries and pecans. As we were paying for our purchase another customer came in and bought that last loaf. When we got back to my sister's house we sliced the bread to try it. It was absolutely delicious! I also understand that scones and croissants are made on the premises by the owners. My sister actually reserved some for pickup the following day. (Unfortunately, we will have left for home by then.) I did also spy a case with a variety of cheeses - next time. It's my understanding that this is a husband and wife operation. The husband makes the breads and the wife makes the scones and croissants. The wife is also responsible for the operation of the home furnishing store (Pine Cone Mercantile) that you will walk through to get to the bakery. Go ahead, just try to not be tempted to buy something in that store also as you pass through. Their Facebook page says they are open 10 am - 5 pm Thursday - Monday. However, they were closing at 4 pm the Saturday that we stopped in. I suggest calling them before going.
