was referred to this dentist by a close friend and initially reached out online to schedule an appointment. Unfortunately, I did not receive a response for several weeks. Once I was finally able to schedule, I provided all requested information. A few weeks later, I received a text message requesting my Social Security number, stating it was required by my insurance. I explained that I was not comfortable sending sensitive information via text and that I would call to provide it. I also shared that I had already provided my member and group ID and had spoken with my insurance carrier, who confirmed the information they needed. The response I received from Jennifer was dismissive and argumentative, including comments about her years of experience and questioning what my insurance representative told me rather than addressing my concern. On the day of my appointment, my car broke down. I notified the office ahead of time and communicated with a scheduler through text to reschedule. I never received a response. After several weeks, I called and requested to speak with an office manager because I felt the communication issues needed to be addressed. As someone who also manages a medical office, I understand the importance of receiving patient feedback and resolving concerns professionally. Unfortunately, my conversation with Jennifer was extremely disappointing. Rather than listening to my concerns, she became defensive, interrupted me repeatedly, raised her voice, and placed me on hold while I was trying to explain the issue. My concern was never that the staff was rude -- it was that communication was inconsistent and responses were not timely. When I tried to explain this, I was told that I was "on the phone with her now" and that she could either help me or I could "find another place." That response was unprofessional and did not reflect a patient-centered approach. I hope the dentist reviews how patient concerns are handled and provides additional training on communication, professionalism, and conflict resolution. There are many dental offices that value their patients' time and feedback, and unfortunately, this experience was enough for me to look elsewhere. read more

Go elsewhere. The provider dropped our insurance halfway through the year without notice resulting in higher patient out of pocket charges. My insurance was sent information that differed from what the office stated was sent, most concerning is I was billed a higher price than what they sent to insurance. The office manager is rude and argumentative. For nearly 2 months I repeatedly requested my family's account be reconciled so we can never again deal with them. I start by saying they are amazing. I have had very bad experiences with dentist in the past, from bad procedures to not being patient enough for me. Now this location makes you feel so secure. I have never felt so great in a dentist office before. From the receptionist to the dental hygienists and Dr. Tim Casey. They talk me through it all and don't have me doing unnecessary procedures. This office goes above and beyond for their patients, especially the front office staff. They are honest and they inform the patients on what to expect from their insurance co. My insurance co wasn't paying claims and the front office worked for months and months resubmitting claims to get them paid. They were diligent and kind even though they had to wait almost a year to get our sons ortho claims paid. They emailed, called and fax all the documents repeatedly on our behalf. After 11 months our ins co. finally paid Dr. Casey's office. read more

I used to hate going to the dentist, but after meeting Dr. Cayce and his Staff, I actually kind of look forward to it. The office is clean and very efficient, and all of the staff is both friendly and professional. I felt very welcomed and at ease. I was in and out in less than an hour with out any pain, harassments about proper flossing, or any hidden charges or fees. 10/10 would highly recommend. read more

Dr. Casey is a fantastic dentist! I'm normally terrified of going to the dentists office - but I've had a good experience every single time I've come in for a visit. Dr. Casey himself is very intelligent and capable, and explains everything. I appreciate him sharing the ins and outs of the procedure so that I felt comfortable throughout. This facility is clean, hygienic, and filled with top of the line tools. I am glad to be a patient here and a huge fan of this practice. I tried this dentist because it's close to me... but I will definitely not be going back. I called before I went in to have a cleaning and gave them my insurance info and asked what charges I would need to anticipate. (I'm an educator, so I'm on a tight budget). I was told my insurance would cover the cleaning and the X-rays would be billed to the insurance and any additional fees not covered, the dental office would "waive because I was a new patient." I thought this was fantastic and thanked them. I booked an appointment right away. When I went to my appointment, I again confirmed that the X ray portion billed by the dental practice would be waived and I was told "Don't worry. We will take care of you since you're a new patient. We are only going to bill the insurance and what's left over we will waive." The woman explained sometimes they prefer to do X-rays in house rather than "track down the ones from a previous dentist because it can be hard, time-consuming, etc." so they would rather just allow new patients the benefit of waiving the fee for X-rays. 2 weeks later...I get a bill in the mail from the dental office for 4 X-rays with a note that says my insurance did not cover it all and I need to pay the dentist. I called and spoke to two different people who said I must have "misunderstood" both times that my X-ray fees would be waived. The office manager was very condescending and said "Sweetie, we don't waive X-ray fees and all I can tell you is you are responsible for this bill." I paid the bill after being told I was not allowed to speak to the dentist because he was "too busy to speak to me" or anyone higher up, but I will never go back and I will not recommend it to anyone I know. I was going to move on with my life (and to a new dental clinic), but after Jennifer resorted to name-calling and condescending behavior, I felt it necessary to advise potential customers to go elsewhere. Best Dentist Ever is Dr. Tim Casey at Timber Creek Dental on Beach in Keller! By far the best dentist I've ever been to and before I hated the dentist with a passion. Over the past month I've had 7 cavities filled and I had ZERO pain while getting them filled! My last dentist with insurance quoted me $2200, Dr. Casey and the same insurance I have had only cost me $270. Dr. Casey and his assistant work in unison and are like a fine tuned machine. The office staff is top-notch! I honestly have nothing but positive reviews for this place, and remember I used to hate the dentist with a passion. I highly recommend this dentist. My previous dentist would pretty much invent cavities that did not exist and my bills were huge. Dr. Casey will tell you if you have a cavity but if you don't he won't. Also when you need urgent attention they are there to help. Dr. Casey even came in once after work hours late on a Friday to help address an urgent need. Hygienist is also wonderful. read more

If you have complicated PTSD I cannot recommend this business at all!! No patient should ever go through what I experienced here. I asked the staff to please use Nitrous, knock me out, do what you need to. This was a 2 hour procedure, so I wanted it to be over and done with. Instead, my nose mask did not fit, so I was only getting a small amount of med. I was lying flat with my mouth open and Dr Casey and his tech were constantly telling me, sometimes irritated, to "breathe through your nose", which I was already trying to do, with half my lower jaw numb, mouth wide open, I was already in a half panic mode, trying to relax, flashbacks, and I kept reaching up to position my mask, and confused as to why this wasn't working, and then to see his tech roll her eyes, and halfway through they let me sit up, where I could breathe better, and finally when the nitrous kicked in, I fell asleep for a few minutes, when they laid me back, it started again...only worse. At one point Dr Casey rudely stated, "I was watching you and you could breathe fine!!!" At what point did I "breathe" fine?? It sure was not when I am gripping the chair with white knuckles and in full anxiety!!! Was it when I was constantly reaching up to reposition the mask which did not fit, and you never noticed that was a problem, even after I stated so, each time??? Two full hours of this!! At one point I had to use the bathroom and as I sat up I was dizzy, probably from all the stress and half or less doses of Nitrous, as I took a step and wobbled, not one time did that tech reach out to help steady me, she just stood there looking frustrated. I got to the bathroom and literally had to stop myself from busting out in tears!! I was embarassed, I felt humiliated, I certainly never felt "relaxed" or "comfortable"...I told them a couple times, and again at the end that I didn't understand why this never worked as I always got Nitrous with other dentists and never had a problem. Dr Casey literally said, "Well maybe the mask was too big, we gave you the full dose" seriously??? You couldn't have changed it the first time I told you, or you couldn't clue in when I kept reaching up to readjust it??? What Dr does this? I was pretty upset when I left, but, as an RN of 27 years, I decided to reach out to the manager Jennifer. I also made the decision to explain why my PTSD was so bad. It's not easy to let your guard down and trust someone, but I told her. Including 5 years of counseling at Safe Haven I had to have. And I never use meds, as they gave me othe coping skills to use instead..no problem. But the dentist has always been a fear, esp with feeling held down. She seemed very compassionate and understanding. She reassured me that on the 2nd visit, I had to do to finish my crown, that I could get xanax and they would also try a weighted blanket they had. I agreed, anything so I did not have to go through that again. I went there today to finish this, a bit anxious but trusting them...what a mistake that was! As I walked over to the chair, I asked the same tech, am I supposed to get some xanax? And as I looked around the room, there was no blanket..I got a bad feeling when the tech looked confused and acted like she didn't know what I was talking about! She said, "I'll have to ask the Dr"...Dr Casey walked over, leaned on the counter and told me flat out.."No, we're not giving you that!" I'll use Nitrous, or numb you but that's it"!! I cannot tell you the shock, the feeling of being completely lied to. I was pissed beyond my anxiety. The OMG moment! Like a slap in the face! I wanted to walk the hell out of there and never come back. Unfortunately, I still had to finish this crown!! I was so mad, I couldn't even look at them. As I laid there, trying to keep calm and get through it, for an hour..I realized that they have NO clue what PTSD is, esp complicated PTSD. They looked nice, they spoke nice most times...but they completely missed the hell a patient goes through with it. It's not a "fake" diagnosis, it's NOT an attention-seeking behaviour. It is a very real issue, that many people suffer from and not just Military Vets! Many people fight battles at home that can last for years...from abusive spouses, parents, etc. Many try to get out but they can be effectively blocked by obcessive, dangerous, and angry people in their lives that will not let them just walk away..stalking, threatening family, pets, friends...it happens. As a nurse, I would NEVER put a patient through what I experienced with Dr Casey and his tech...NEVER. I have worked in Pre and Post Surgery Units and one thing we always strive for, ESP with those suffering from anxiety or PTSD is to make sure they are sedated, and awaken as gently as possible. We NEVER treat a patient as if they are faking it, looking for attention, or dismiss a patient's concern!! And we wouldn't watch a patient struggle with a mask without fixing it! Or worse, lie to the pt about what to expect with another visit! read more

Customer service has been top-notch from the start. While I'd love to never have to go to the dentist again, if I'm going to have to, Dr. Casey and his staff make it the least miserable as possible. I have been going to Timbercreek dental since they first opened. At first I was impressed with their clean facilities and friendly staff.. I spent a lot of money on 2 root canals and teeth cleanings. I missed one appointment after I asked to be removed from the phone service that woke me up at 7 in the morning. Now I cannot get an appointment to get my teeth cleaned.. When I call they say they are too busy and don't have any early or late appointments until next year.. Sad way to treat a loyal patient who spent a lot of money and wanted to support a local business in my community.. read more
