Unfortunately, my experience was extremely disappointing. On my first visit, I felt dismissed and disrespected by an associate. I tried to give the benefit of the doubt and assumed it may have simply been an off interaction. However, when I returned two days later with my sister and brother-in-law, the difference in how we were treated was obvious. The associate assisted them with ordering their new clubs, but when it was finally my turn, I was told that they were closing in five minutes and I would need to return another day--despite the fact that I had been waiting and was clearly prepared to buy. After experiencing this twice, I no longer feel comfortable giving this location--or any Golf Galaxy store--my business.
