Nice tuna sandwhich for $5. Good, fast service at the drive through. Friendly employees, no issues.

This isn't a small town but this Tim Hortons has a that small town feel and it's a breath of fresh air. They've got lots of parking and 2 driveway entrances off main roads which is a nice touch. The reason I'm only giving them 4 stars is that this is the only Tim Hortons for a 15 mile radius. This has created a extremely busy Tim Hortons. The drive through typical has a line of cars going out to the main rd. That being said the don't have any other flaws honestly. The donuts, sandwiches and cookies taste amazing. The coffee, tea and hot chocolate make me happy. They've got a very nice done in area with tables and lounge chairs. The fireplace area has a comfy feel while you relax and enjoy your drink or meal. They keep the place clean and well staffed as well. This is why they keep people happy. Fast service is there #1 plus in my book. Give them a try and enjoy the flavor. read more

Worst iced coffee on planet earth (I'd say universe but I haven't left the planet yet). It seriously is like drinking windex - one sip and it took me an hour to get it out of my mouth. Many errors made to coffee drinks over the past month. Ordered large iced coffee 4 x 4 and a med vanilla iced late with an espresso shot. The 4x4 tasted like Carmel and old coffee. The late also tasted like Carmel (no vanilla) and a burnt espresso. Went back in to have corrected and the server rolled her eyes at us. The "new drinks" tasted exactly the same. These people just don't care. Would be better off paying extra at Starbucks so we get what we order. read more

They got better. They updated the look, and they got a WAY better night staff. They even have a fireplace. I like the new set up. Though, the food isn't the best, it's nice for a late night snack. Or hanging out with friends, or needing Wi-fi in the middle of the night for a paper that is due in the morning :). read more

Love the new look. This is a normal haunt for my friends late at night. Their seating and inside is open 24 hours a day, which is about the only thing you can do in Lapeer after 8 pm other than walk around Meijer or Walmart. Some of the staff can be rude and service inside can be slow, but everything is pretty good. They now have wifi, tvs and PLUGS (which they didn't have before). It is a great place to hang out with friends for a bit, or getting some school work done on the wifi when they are quiet (except when my friends are there, sorry!) read more

The iced coffee I got tasted like water with cream and sugar in it. Nasty. The drive thru lady that took my coupon said "it wasn't going through the system" and "no the coupon is for a hot coffee" neither of those statements were correct. She argued and then finally honored it. And the toasted bagel I got wasn't toasted at all. I wouldn't recommend this place, for the prices all you get is nasty food and coffee. read more

Walked in expecting decent prices and decent donuts, which is exactly what I got. The problem is my birthday gift card that was purchased for me a week prior did not work even though it had never been used and had $20 on it. Order was repeated back correct but wrong when I received it. The biggest problem was I ordered a ham sandwich and It felt skimpy so I opened it up to find only one very small slice of ham. When I showed one of the staff she explained they we're running out of ham, after I told her that was not a good reason to give me a skimpy sandwich at full price she took back that reason and said she was guessing, then guy who made the sandwich said they are to put two slices of ham on sandwich and is exactly what he put on it. There was diffinetly only one slice, but if you tell me you only put two of those tiny slices on my sandwich I would rather go somewhere else anyway. read more

What a NIGHTMARE this place is. The girl at the cash register asked 3-4 times what type of coffee my wife wanted. When she was making it, another co worker stopped her and said to make her door dash order instead of the coffee. She put my wife's coffee to side and proceeded to a door dash order for another Tim Hortons employee who was also door dashing. The woman door dashing left her keys at the front register and we asked whose keys these were. The door dash worker/ Tim Hortons employee rudely said they were hers and to leave it. They rushed the door dash order then the cash register girl asked my wife AGAIN what type of coffee she was making for her. We got the coffee and it was TERRIBLE! The door dasher also had her phone out on the counter and speaking to a gentleman who was talking so loud because it was on speaker phone. They continued to have a phone conversation, while working for TH, while door dashing. The hash browns were sitting out with no heat lamp and I ordered my meal already and received cold hash browns and a cold sandwich. I usually don't complain and power through a bad meal but this was the first time I couldn't even finish it. Terrible service. Terrible food. My wife grew up in Lapeer and said this was disappointing after not coming here for a couple years. I only went there for the English Toffee coffee and the Walnut Crunch donut. Now they do not serve either of my favorites. My husband and I went there today because there were no seats at Max's this afternoon. I counted 5 people working there but no one seemed to be working the register. After waiting about 5 minutes we left. There was not even prices posted for coffee. If you want a great donut, go to Max's. Stopped in before catching the train. At 6:30 on a Sunday morning, the smells were amazing. When we went to sit down, we noticed a considerable number of dirty (crumb-laden) tables. The floor had crumbs everywhere. The place was dead and the three workers were behind the counter. Worst customer service ever in LIFE! I have worked in fast food quite a bit and that is not how you treat people. Seems like no one is trained. You don't roll your eyes at customers, specially when you rushed so much you did not get my order right again. Every single time my coffee is wrong. Yet i feel the need to apologise for their mess up!? Its ridiculous. I have dealt with some rude people working in fast food and that's not me. ( I would fix the mistake if i made one with a smile and an apology) I order the same thing EVERY day always wrong. I spend a lot of money here been going to starbucks because they actually get it right. I cant afford a 7 dollar coffee every day tho and I like tim hortons would be nice if they just did their job right its not hard at all you push buttons bag doughnuts and mix coffee a monkey could do it. One of the worst fast food restaurants I've ever been to. Let's start with my trip to Tim Horton's in October (10/10/17). The first issue was the coffee. The young lady at the window handed me scalding hot coffee without Coffee cup sleeves on the cups. I almost burned my hand it was so hot. She did give me sleeves when requested, but the damage was already done. The second issues was the hash browns. They were grossly undercooked. When I asked that they cook them longer or give me ones that were cooked longer, they just dipped them back in to the hot grease and gave them back to me greasy and soggy. I then asked for ketchup and napkins. Now let's move to my complaint from today (11/28/17). So over a month later I go again. Why, I guess because I'm stupid. Seeing as how they never responded to my complaint last night I'm not sure why I would go again. However my husband desperately wanted Tim Horton's, so I thought I would try again. I ordered the #12 the croissant sausage meal with coffee. Now they stop serving breakfast at 12 o'clock noon, it was 11:40 AM when I got to the order window. The first thing the man told me was that they no longer had any hashbrowns. I subsequently found out that they still had hash browns, they just didn't want to make any more. He offered me a cookie or donuts in place of the hash browns. What sense does that make? I declined. So I scrapped the coffees and the nonexistent hash browns and told him I just wanted the croissant sandwiches. I sat through the line for 10 minutes behind a man who had seven coffee based drinks, cold, hot, blended and such in addition to several bags of food, just to pull up to the window for the guy to tell me they don't have any more croissant either. He then offered me biscuits. If I wanted a biscuit I would've ordered a biscuit. I just drove away. The lack of customer service and inept behavior at Tim Horton's in Lapeer blows my mind. This restaurant is an even deserving of one star if I could give it zero I would. read more

never go here unless you want unprofessional service, my mother and I ordered breakfast sandwiches and she asked for it to be toasted twice because the bagel barely even gets toasted in the first place and then when one of Tim Horton's workers was making the breakfast sandwich the cashier say's, "oh ya one of those needs to be toasted twice." So then they said they already had the cheese on the bagel so I thought they would remake it considering that's how it was asked to be made, but nope it didn't even get remade how it was ordered and let alone the breakfast sandwich looked like 9 but taste like a 3 how does that make sense. read more
