On a short road trip and searching for coffee we found the area to be a barren desert of local coffee. Without a local option we decided on Tim Hortons as we'd never been to one and....the coffee, woof. It was barely a step up from the quality you'd expect at a gas station. The breakfast sandwiches were at least ok though. My advice is to skip the coffee at TH and maybe stick to the food. read more

I have been to this location before. Not sure what possessed me to try again. It's conveniently right off 71. This teen kid was the only one there with a line at the drive thru and inside. Then another teen kid showed up and wasn't really helping, he popped up and smelled badly of marijuana and went to the kitchen and started banging pots around leaving the other kids alone to take care of customers. What happened to having adult managers? You're paying these kids who don't care at all. The one kid was kind and helpful and must have got stuck working with this other guy. I ordered my favorite vanilla cream cold brew and he handed me a poorly made watered down iced vanilla coffee. It wasn't worth the hassle to get him to attempt it a second time. I can only assume he didn't know the difference. If you own this location, maybe you need to work it and manage it better. Some employees aren't worth having because they make the brand look bad and they steal your money for doing nothing. Seems to be a national trend among fast food places. The Tim Hortons brand is better than this, worst experience I've ever had. Bathrooms were dirty (TP everywhere on the floor), no soap or paper towels and no hand sanitizer either! They took our order (2 coffees, 1 item of food), not 2 minutes later they had to ask what our order was but then asked a few minutes later for the order again. One employee had gloves on, texting on her phone and then proceeded to prep food, repeated without replacing gloves. As we discussed our experience in the car on the way out, found it comical to see another customer back up 30ft back to the drive way window to address a wrong order. Don't bother wasting your time! This is a Wendy's/Tim Horton's combo which is a nice idea, but the entirety of the store is run down. There are a lot of leaks and the bathroom floors are very sticky. There is no WiFi. The floor selections are terrible! They are out of most donuts, and their iced Capp machine is "down"! Maybe they are out of donuts because the flies ate all of them. Then had to get back in line and ask for our side chips. Pulled up to order lunch at 1:45 on Sunday. A woman proceeds to take our order. I order my son a bagel. Her exact words "we actually sold out of our food. We can only make..." and rattles off some type of panini with bacon. I couldn't get past we sold out of our food. We frequent this location due to proximity to our house, and every time we go through the drive thru they are out of the only thing we are asking for, bagels or biscuits. I came here at about 7:10 this morning and only needed a sandwich. After a long wait at the drive-through with no one acknowledging that I was at the the order intercom I Tried to order the Bacon egg and cheese biscuit but of course the biscuits were not ready yet. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese muffin sandwich instead. When I received it it was completely cold, the egg had not even been heated. I was so excited to get a breakfast sandwich. It was 11:20, and the cashier let me order it, so I thought I would be fine. Theoretically breakfast ends at 11:00 AM. The person making the order informed the cashier that they had already thrown away the eggs and that I couldn't have my breakfast sandwich. But they had already rang up my order! The cashier didn't seem to want to refund the money, so I got a panini instead. My ham and cheese panini came with a surprise. 10 lbs of mayo! This Tim Horton's actually is connected to a Wendy's in the same building. While travelling to Cincinnati, most of my family purchased items from Wendy's, but a few bought food from Tim Horton's. We sat on the Tim Horton's "side" (though there was no separater), and all of the food was what you'd expect. Nothing was wrong with food from Tim Horton's or Wendy's (discounting the fat content, dubious meat, etc. that all fast food has). The reason for two stars is that this particular location had dirty restrooms and did not have a changing table. I don't expect the moon from fast food restaurants, but when an establishment bills itself as family friendly *and* offers kid's meals, it's a bit disingenuous to ignore family needs. By this point, restaurants - fast food or not - with more than two restroom stalls should provide a basic fold-down changing table. Don't make moms buy kid's meals for their toddlers and then force them back out to their cars to change their kids. read more
