Nice coffee and donuts. They should sell donuts on display too. Easy access for large vehicles. read more

I've been going to the Tim Hortons on London-Groveport Road, and unfortunately, my experience has been consistently disappointing. It seems like the same issue exists at other locations as well--especially when it comes to what is actually available. It can be early in the morning, and I'm constantly being told, "We don't have that right now." How does a donut shop consistently run out of donuts and other basic menu items first thing in the morning? The London-Groveport Road location also has some of the rudest and most unprofessional drive-thru service I've experienced. On one visit, I was told, "We'll get to you when we have time." That is an unacceptable way to speak to customers, especially when they are simply trying to place an order. read more

No iced Capps at 10 am...interesting. Bathrooms were also gross and staff were not friendly. Dying location for sure

TERRIBLE, they didn't have anything to make our food and told us to just go to a different location, but they aren't even able to do that, they were supposed to give us a refund but the other location was nice enough to give us our food. this place SUCKS, if I could give it 0 stars I would. read more

DO NOT EVER GO HERE GO TO STARBUCKS ACROSS THE STREET Made a mobile order, was told they didn't have half of what I ordered and to come back tomorrow to get it haha Asked for a refund and they told me it's through the app, the app says location is private owned and up to staff to refund me. I did not get a refund on my $20 order. DO NOT EVER GO HERE GO TO STARBUCKS ACROSS THE STREET read more

I have been to this location before. Not sure what possessed me to try again. It's conveniently right off 71. This teen kid was the only one there with a line at the drive thru and inside. Then another teen kid showed up and wasn't really helping, he popped up and smelled badly of marijuana and went to the kitchen and started banging pots around leaving the other kids alone to take care of customers. What happened to having adult managers? You're paying these kids who don't care at all. The one kid was kind and helpful and must have got stuck working with this other guy. I ordered my favorite vanilla cream cold brew and he handed me a poorly made watered down iced vanilla coffee. It wasn't worth the hassle to get him to attempt it a second time. I can only assume he didn't know the difference. If you own this location, maybe you need to work it and manage it better. Some employees aren't worth having because they make the brand look bad and they steal your money for doing nothing. Seems to be a national trend among fast food places. Two stars for the one poor employee actually trying to do his job. read more

Tim Hortons - Not Vanilla Cold Brew - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grove City, Ohio

On a short road trip and searching for coffee we found the area to be a barren desert of local coffee. Without a local option we decided on Tim Hortons as we'd never been to one and....the coffee, woof. It was barely a step up from the quality you'd expect at a gas station. The breakfast sandwiches were at least ok though. My advice is to skip the coffee at TH and maybe stick to the food. read more

Never seen a Wendy's/Tim Hortons before. Stopped here to use the restrooms. Found this establishment very clean and modern. My husband was prepared to get a coffee but I overheard a worker tell a couple at the counter that it would be a minute because they were switching cash drawers over. We didn't want to wait. read more

Terrible breakfast sandwiches. It was about $10 for a cold, toasted(I know, I didn't think those things went together either) bagel sandwich and donut. My husband who ate the donut later said it was okay. The sandwich had unmelted cheese, 2 pieces of cold bacon and limp lettuce. No egg per my request, thank goodness, no telling what that would have tasted like. Sorry, Tim this location doesn't put the biscuit in the basket! read more

Placed a mobile order 20 minutes before getting to the store where 15 or so people were in line. I was told to wait until all of them have been served. I said I'd file a complaint with corporate and both cashier and manager told me to go ahead. Asked for the manager's name and she said it's Michelle with a double E. Not only is the place unsanitary, the staff ignore you when you calmly request for assistance. read more

Much better experience than before! They were quick and organized. She repeated our order and they pretty well. The iced cap was really good and my girls seemed to like their bagels. Overall, a good experience! read more

I went there this morning and there was a long line I was like dang I'm going to be late to work. then the line starts moving fast and I'm like actually no I'm not I was happy and then I get to the window turns out they were short staff and they got they're shit together moving the line fast and the food and coffee was perfect thank you so much! read more

The food was as expected. They forgot the bacon, but caught it before they gave it to me. Customer service was good, bathrooms were clean.

one of the employees was very rude and slammed our food on counter and let interrupting us as we were trying to order

The Tim Hortons brand is better than this, worst experience I've ever had. Bathrooms were dirty (TP everywhere on the floor), no soap or paper towels and no hand sanitizer either! They took our order (2 coffees, 1 item of food), not 2 minutes later they had to ask what our order was but then asked a few minutes later for the order again. One employee had gloves on, texting on her phone and then proceeded to prep food, repeated without replacing gloves. As we discussed our experience in the car on the way out, found it comical to see another customer back up 30ft back to the drive way window to address a wrong order. Needless to say, the visit was memorable but not in the right ways... read more

Fantastic service! Food was hot and fast, the gentleman who served us was friendly and helpful. I don't understand all the bad reviews here. Our experience was wonderful! Fully staffed and overall great service! We love Tim Hortons and don't have one very close to us, so it's always a special treat read more

Tim Hortons - a hand holding a cup of coffee - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grove City, Ohio

First of all, if I could give 0 stars I would. Unfortunately that is not an option. My boyfriend and I were heading to an Ohio state game and he was raving about Tim Hortons. I was excited bc I've heard good things about it. We go inside and he ordered a black coffee with half and half and Splendas. He received a black coffee without Splenda or half and half. Apparently coffee shops don't carry half and half anymore? It was such a strange experience she hands him 3 packs of Splenda and goes back to what she was doing... moral of the story I will never go back to a Tim Hortons read more

Was there today, back door wide open and drive Thur window wide open. You could see the flies flying around everywhere on donuts and around the coffee station. And also I got served what looked to be a small in a large cup. Eww.. read more

This is my favorite Tim Hortons. They are super nice. It's always fresh. It's really tasty.

The staff is unprofessional and lazy. Rarely do they ever get an order right and when they do it takes 10 minutes at the window listening to them chat. Really wish I could have a good experience but sadly i never do. read more

Don't bother wasting your time! This is a Wendy's/Tim Horton's combo which is a nice idea, but the entirety of the store is run down. There are a lot of leaks and the bathroom floors are very sticky. There is no WiFi. The floor selections are terrible! They are out of most donuts, and their iced Capp machine is "down"! Maybe they are out of donuts because the flies ate all of them. Gross! read more

I would give this place a 0 star if I could. they never have any donuts, the "birthday cake iced capp" I bought looked nothing like the picture and tasted disgusting, and the staff is lazy. they laugh and make jokes instead of working, and don't care about their customers. they didn't have any of the breakfast items my family wanted, and the bacon egg and cheese croissant my mother got didn't even have egg on it, and was freezing cold. read more

Tim Hortons - "birthday cake iced capp" - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grove City, Ohio

Food was cold an untoasted bagel, sausage and bacon cold an cheese didn't melt. there was no eggs available at this time.

The service is still poor but it is improving. I can tell there's new management. The quality of the doughnuts is improved as well. It's definitely better than a Dunkin' Donuts on West Broad Street which I visited this morning as well. I'm a retiree with too much time on my hands and a craving for doughnuts. Jolly Pirates or Dragon Doughnuts may be better choices in Grove City. read more

Wow...Ordered two sandwiches and got up to the window and they only entered one in. Refused to enter in another sandwich because of "speed of service." Told us we'd have to go back through the drive thru if we wanted another sandwich. Customer service is non-existent here. Being gracious giving a one star. read more

Ugh. Flies everywhere, staff was too busy playing around, and food was not good. We order sandwiches as a meal....and only got the sandwiches. Had to go back in line and ask for our drinks. Then had to get back in line and ask for our side chips. We were told they were out and was offered a donut replacement instead......but the flies hovering around made everything on the wall unfavorable. Worse service I have ever had in my entire life. On top of that, they hardly had any food items. Very disappointing for a chain.

Tim Hortons - a hand holding a piece of bread with an egg on it - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grove City, Ohio

This is the slowest tim hortons, I only come here because it's close to my house, but they are out of almost everything every time I come here. I've been in the drive through for 35 mins the food is never what I expect from tim hortons. It's always below average or subpar and I would recommend going to another tim hortons even if it means driving further. read more

Literally the worst. Always out or don't have something from the menu. Regularly only has one or two working during rush times. Tea regularly tastes like coffee and coffee is regularly mixed with tea. Go anywhere but this location. read more

Pulled up to order lunch at 1:45 on Sunday. A woman proceeds to take our order. I order my son a bagel. Her exact words "we actually sold out of our food. We can only make..." and rattles off some type of panini with bacon. I couldn't get past we sold out of our food. We frequent this location due to proximity to our house, and every time we go through the drive thru they are out of the only thing we are asking for, bagels or biscuits. This location was doing so much better, until recently. If you are going to be out of everything on the menu, maybe lead with that first or place a sign on your menu. read more

This is such a terrible Tim Hortons. My husband and I travel daily and always love to stop at Tim Hortons for a meal. This one is by far the worst. I have yet to have a good experience whether it be customer service to the quality of my order. Last night one of the things I ordered was a Panini. The proof of disappointment is in the picture. Tim Hortons - Coffee & Tea Near Me - Grove City, Ohio

THIS IS THE WORST TIM HORTONS! It took 30 minutes to get our food and they were out of hash browns AND BACON. What breakfast place is out of hash browns and bacon? What is even left to order at that point? Also honestly how long does it take to put together precooked breakfast eggs and meat with a slice of cheese. I could do this in my sleep in 2 minutes. Very dissatisfied and can assure you that I will not be giving another nickel to this below average establishment. WOOF read more

Worst Tim Hortons ever, before and after Covid. Nothing ever works and I don't get what I ordered.

I came here at about 7:10 this morning and only needed a sandwich. After a long wait at the drive-through with no one acknowledging that I was at the the order intercom I Tried to order the Bacon egg and cheese biscuit but of course the biscuits were not ready yet. I ordered the bacon egg and cheese muffin sandwich instead. When I received it it was completely cold, the egg had not even been heated. The only part of the sandwich that was remotely warm was the bacon. I will not waste my time with this Tim Hortons again. read more

Once again going through the drive-through at Tim Hortons off 665 and they screw up the order then when I asked to speak with the manager to allow her to fix it she tells me she can't ring up anything because there's cars behind me when all I wanted was another 2 doughnut. Horrible customer service horrible management team read more

I was so excited to get a breakfast sandwich. It was 11:20, and the cashier let me order it, so I thought I would be fine. Theoretically breakfast ends at 11:00 AM. The person making the order informed the cashier that they had already thrown away the eggs and that I couldn't have my breakfast sandwich. But they had already rang up my order! The cashier didn't seem to want to refund the money, so I got a panini instead. My ham and cheese panini came with a surprise. 10 lbs of mayo! Perhaps that is an exaggeration, but there was certainly more mayo on it than ham and cheese. You know what? Mayo doesn't belong on a panini. read more

It is like the employees are on snail mode! We are 7th in line and it's not even moving. They always get our order wrong. There is only 4 people working. 2 at the register, 1 making sandwiches and 1 at the window. This is ridiculous. The manager needs to put more pep in their step to get moving, not to the point they are stressed out. read more
