I stopped by this Starbucks location in mid-August 2026 with a friend. It was our pit stop while on our way to Cincinnati. We arrived around 10:00am. They were not busy when we arrived but I did notice a few people come in to pick up mobile orders. My friend ordered a flavoured coffee drink (a caramel latte, I think) and she enjoyed what she ordered. I didn't order anything because I didn't want anything. Stopping into Starbucks allowed my friend and I to use the bathroom and stretch our legs. This location has enough seats and tables plus I noticed that it was clean when I arrived. I tried the new frozen Mango Dragonfruit Lemonade refresher. It was perfect on a miserably hot day. My husband tried the Island Colada. He enjoyed it. He also had the lemon pound cake. I had the egg bites with red peppers. Perfect protein! We will be back. read more

We have several Starbucks in grove city, and I mean several with more coming. But this one is usually my go to! The staff is ALWAYS so nice and asking about your day. I just get an iced coffee with a few things added to it and it never disappoints! Even though I hate the prices at Starbucks I still like to get it as a treat every once in awhile. This location is very clean and efficient. I went to sit down inside & do a little bit of homework and it's definitely a great atmosphere to just sip on your coffee and get some work done. read more

Unfortunately, this place is a mess. Literally and figuratively. Workers are talking, eating and making their own drinks while customers are waiting for theirs....12 minutes to get two drinks. The girl asked three times what my order was. She was new and seemed to be doing her very best to get it done but had little assistance from the more "seasoned" workers. One worker left a huge line of customers waiting to order and stated to another worker she was "taking a break from upfront". She helped make orders for the window then eventually meandered back to the front..... about six people left in the meantime. read more

This location is fantastic! The customer service is usually fantastic. They are quick, full of variety and choices. They are usually very consistent and very kind. Service was great and the barista who took our drive thru order was so friendly! Me and my coworker are healthcare workers so we took advantage of the free coffee today. At other locations we have not had the best reaction to ordering the free coffee in December but this location made up for that. She told us she appreciated us and was so nice and friendly. Overall, they are consistent in terms of quality, which is great. Since moving here in June from Florida, it seems like this location is closed more times than not, and they apply odd hours and ruLes regarding when customers can come into the lobby or when they can sit inside. It is beyond frustrating, but since you are the only local drive through nearby, I have to accept it. Other locations have not made those adjustments, granted that could be due to the fact they are licensed outside of the company. It will get to a point to where I will stop coming and just go to the locations that opt to be open. Starbucks' approach to dealing with COVID needs to be re-examined. This is a large Starbucks with friendly servers and plenty of seating. The coffee is great if you like Starbucks coffee. As a bonus, this location is one of the very few in the Columbus area to have the ability to make a COLD FOAM CASCARA NITRO, so it's worth a stop just for that. The nitro version of the iced coffee is amazingly smooth and delicate, and the lightly sweetened foam is the perfect complement. We usually use the app and run inside to pick our order up. The staff is super nice and quick even when it's busy. A normal order for me is a cake pop and either a PSL or a caramel Frappuccino. The cake pops are always fresh and delicious. My drinks never disappoint. read more

This Starbucks is relatively new to the area but it's my favorite. The baristas are so nice and the drive thru is a dream! They move cars through that drive thru at such a quick pace, but still get the orders right and take the time to have small conversation with each driver. Downfall to that, it seems the drive thru comes first so if you go in during high traffic times (like in the morning during pre-work time), be prepared to wait. It's best to do the mobile ordering at this location if you are going in, but you still may have to wait. read more
