I could only eat 1/3 of the omelette, 1/3 of the home fries, and one slice of toast. The customer service here is top notch. If you're lucky, Larry might stop by your table and say hi. They had no cars in the drive thru and no one inside when we walked in. There was a male and female employees that we could see but Neither came to greet us or take our order. A car then pulls in the drive thru the male employee took their order and came up to get their item. Then another car comes and he takes their order. I then hear the female employee tell him to go get our order after he finishes with that car. He comes over, takes our order, we pay. He never washes his hand, no gloves at all. He takes a couple of the donuts from an open container that had been sitting on top of donut case and puts in our box as well as a couple from the case. The cafe is itty bitty and there is absolutely no seating inside so it's more of a grab and go situation. There are a few seats outside so hopefully you can snag a seat when the weather is nicer. Overall, I think there are a lot of other good coffee shops in Columbus that I don't see myself going out of my way to come back.
