Smoked salmon sandwich was my favorite part of the meal. It was dill forward which was not an issue with me. The bread had a nice crunch to it. The cucumbers add a nice freshness that paired with the crème fraiche. I got a small tasting of the pistachio dessert which was rich but surprisingly made you want more. I like the nice touch of gold specks which made it very elegant. My friend enjoyed the quiche which was exciting to hear since they hate onions. They said they didn't even notice any.
