I think it actually got worse as time goes on. I'm just tired of throwing money away here. The quality and consistency of items has dropped. Sandwiches have smaller portions and 1/2 of the time not edible. Sometimes it is the meat, or cheese that seems old/off or the bread isn't fresh. The turkey chutney was my favorite but they changed the chutney (never posted it or said anything) and it is bad. Like really bad. A can of cranberry sauce would be a lot better.

It doesn't happen every time I go there (and I go 3-5 times a week) so it's one individual that doesn't know how to make these Chai Latte's. I received my drink at 9:30 am so if you can track down the individual that made this drink this morning and let them know they are making a glass of milk with ice instead of a Chai Tea, I would appreciate it. I'm tired of paying these prices and not getting what I want. I spend a great deal of money at Starbucks, and it just makes me angry when I can't get a glass of tea that tastes like Chai!
