It is next to Little Caesars and Hamlin Pub. Inside was fine. They have a single stall bathroom and it was gross. Just very rundown inside. Staff greeted me and I ordered an iced macchiato with a pecan swirl syrup. He asked if that was all I wanted. I then brought up the free donut promotion and he said oh yes, what donut do you want. Took a few minutes for my drink to be made. I noticed the same staff who took my order, went around the counter and used his phone to take a picture of the donuts. I don't think he washed his hands after touching his phone to take a picture? The doughnut was fine. It did taste pretty fresh and fluffy. My drink was good, but the butter pecan swirl is very sweet. I got a small and it looks like they put three pumps in it. So next time I might just ask for one pump. Overall, the drink tasted balanced, besides the sweetness of the butter pecan syrup.

Meanwhile, employees began assisting a walk-in customer even though my order had already been placed 30 minutes earlier. Given that the purpose of mobile ordering is convenience and time efficiency, especially when on a tight schedule and given ample time, this was frustrating. I placed the order early because we were heading to a Disney on Ice show and needed to stay on time. Unfortunately, the delay defeated the purpose of ordering ahead. I ultimately cancelled the order and left. I understand that stores can be busy, but in this case there were no customers waiting, and the order had ample lead time. I hope management reviews how mobile orders are handled so they are prepared as intended. Since zero stars is not an option, I am leaving one star.

This restaurants men's restroom needs the door to be updated and brought into the modern age. You could not shut the door without yanking it shut to make sure it would lock. The handle has no function except to pull on it. When I was done and trying to leave, I thought I was locked in and was going to need to call my son-in-law to come and get me. With all my effort I banged against the door and it finally opened. Enough said about the ambience of an old building. We arrived there last night about 7:10 PM. 50+ minutes later we were finally sat at a table. Way too long to be waiting in a town full of restaurants with empty tables in all the restaurants. Probably an amount that I should expect at this day and age, but it always shocks me when four people can't go out for dinner without spending close to $100 and not even have a drink besides water. I was very dismayed that our waiter had the guts to bring a burnt pizza and believe that it was OK to serve that to somebody. Not really I could've suggested other places closer to her place near Rochester, but it was her birthday and we allowed her to make the choice. What are my issues with this place? First that would be waiting almost an hour to be seated at 7 PM at night. Secondly, it would be waiting an hour to get standard menu items. Lastly, it would be the ambience, yes it was an old building, but the sound was bouncing off the wall walls and nobody could hear each each other talk. Not sure how you could fix that and if the first two items had not been the major issues. This probably would've been overlooked.
