this location specifically is absolutely terrible. if you order in the app they won't issue you a refund if they don't have your item in stock (which happens way too ofree) somehow this is the only location I go to where their blenders are lways broken so they can never make anything frozen. the workers are rude and not helpful at all. do yourself a favor and go to the one off Pontiac lake rd by the jersey mikes because it's 100 times better. I don't know who owns this location but clearly they're never there and the workers have zero clue how to order proper stock or make frozen drinks. The food is diminished by the poor preparation and service. I ordered a sausage, egg and cheese croissant sandwich and medium coffee. The coffee was ok in flavored, but did appear to be watered down. As for the sandwich, the sausage was warm on the outside and ice cold in the center. The eggs were runny and watery, they were warm enough to melt the cheese. The customer interaction is very poor and employees seem more concerned with their cell phones than a paying customer. As this bossiness is still less than a year old I'll check back in 90 days to see if they correct their issues. If you like poor service cold food and lackluster taste, then this store is for you. If I could give zero stars I would. Placed an online order here then they proceeded to tell me when I got there to pick up that they had no donuts and nothing to make any of the coffees I got. I asked for a refund for obvious reasons since they had none of my stuff and the guy at the window told me I have to get a refund on the app which I don't see anywhere to request refund and of course customer service hours are only Monday through Friday and today is Saturday. So basically that location just stole my money and has no customer service and no donuts or coffee apparently. Needs to go out of business asap! read more

Placed a online order two days ago for my son's birthday cake. I arrived at the store later than delivery time on the day of pick up and they tell me that they don't have the cake and ask me to come back hours later. They could not care. They then proceeded to have me drive to a sister store because they could not bring me the cake within the timeframe that I needed it. No apology by anyone. I come here later in the day and usually just get an iced coffee, so I am a pretty easy customer. They make it right most of the time - sometimes they put a little extra sweetener or a few extra flavor shots, but all in all it's pretty accurate. The inside is usually clean and the staff is friendly. This is a perfect stop for an inexpensive iced coffee on my way home. read more

First off, i'm a dunkin girl, i generally go for dunkin over anything else, but i don't like this location. This place (even before supply line difficulties) is always out of everything. Sometimes my coffee order (the same every time) is right, but every single time I order cream cheese on a sandwich, I do not get it. Last time I went, the food i ordered was cold and I was not given all of my food items. Some of the workers are alright, but some are just plainly mean for no reason. This is by the worst customer service I have ever experienced. I bought donuts and coffee for my employees using a company credit card. No receipt was ever given. I went back up to the store and spoke to Randy who told me he was the franchise owner. Randy said that he had no way to reprint the receipt. I then called the corporate customer service phone number and it only got worse. The customer service rep told me that Randy had lied to me and that he could print the receipt. He then continued to ask for my phone number so that Randy could get in contact with me to resolve the matter. I told him that if what he said was true then Randy would just lie again and I would never get my receipt. The customer service rep said that since it was a franchise there was no way for him to get my receipt even though he was able to look up my order. I asked to speak to his boss as this made no sense and he refused to transfer me to anyone else. I was extremely irritated. I gave him my number but Randy never called. I emailed corporates customer service email and got a response almost immediately from Jean the "Customer Relations Coordinator" asking what number I had contacted for corporate so she could look up the case #. I replied with an hour and almost 2 months and multiple emails later I have yet to receive a response from her. This is beyond frustrating! Lied to by the franchise owner, ignored by 2 different "customer service reps" from corporate and I should have been given a receipt when I was there in the first place. I was so excited when this Dunkin' donuts location opened, because i love the breakfast options this company gives. I knew when they first opened it would probably be rocky for hem to get up and going, so I was always lenient with this location. It's been open for a few years now, and it seems as though they haven't been able to get themselves off the ground just yet. There is a VERY high turnover rate, always new people working who seem to be clueless as to what they're doing. Most of the time they take it out on their customers by being rude and short with them. Several times i've come to the drive through at this location with a good attitude and left with a bad one due to the horrendous service. Not only are the workers a problem. This location is ALWAYS out of everything. Almost every time they come here, they're out of something that I try to order. You would think that if you're constantly running out of an item, the manager would make it a priority to step it up on the production of this item? just a thought. I will continue to go to this location because it's the only one nearby, but I sincerely hope whoever is running this place takes some serious action on who they hire and their production on food items. I hope to come back in the future and revise my review into a more positive one. read more

Terrible. They never get your order right, and they never make it right once they finally understand it. I always have to take my coffee back and have it remade. One day I got so fed up and sick of it I swore to never return. I haven't! I drive to a further one so that I can actually get what I order. I don't know what the problem is with this Dunkin'. I've been going here since it opened and it has gone downhill. It seems like every time I go there are new people working and they never know what they are doing. The past few times I have gone they have been out of croissants. Five cars backed up at Drive Thru; sat there for ELEVEN minutes. Their disorganization made me late for work, since I didn't expect to be in line for ELEVEN minutes. No apology for taking so long. I won't be back Update: Before driving away, I asked the woman, at the drive thru window, if the honey was already put in my green tea. I asked, because they usually just hand me honey packets to put on my own, but sometimes, they put it in for me, so I have to ask. She said, "Yes," but now that I'm at my office, I discovered there is no honey in the tea. So, they didn't get my order correct, and they lied about it. I've only been here maybe 3-4 times since moving to the area and the staff have always been super rude! If you order something and they're out, they just expect you to drive away. If they're cleaning the ice machine, sorry no frozen drinks for you and they expect that you know they're busy cleaning it and shouldn't ask. They're always so rude. Never had a pleasant experience here. Today went through the drive thru, was cut off and rushed through our order by the woman working, there was no one behind us in line, ended up not being able to to complete our order pulled around to get our coffees ended up with extra food that we didn't order and was given no receipt so we couldn't verify if we were charged for the food that we didn't order. despite previous bad experiences I have continued to go here because it is located so close to my home but after today I will make the longer trip across town to get my coffee. read more
