Used the drive thru. when I pulled up to the speaker, and the emploeye asked me what I would like to order, I asked for a moment so I could look over the menu, she replied. "what is a moment". it was said in a very snarky way. when I called her on it, she then mumbled something I could not understand. Of course I didn't order and I left. Great Coffee. But Service and the filth of the locations I go to have turned me right off.I have seen dead flies everywhere Including on the ledges by the windows and flying around the location. Everytime I go it seems there's only one or two people working so it takes forever. Like, sat at the drive thru for 5 mins before anyone spoke and all they said was "yeah. It's gonna be awhile." And took about 15mins. The worst part is once there's another car behind you, you can't leave because the drive thru is so narrow lol, so you're just stuck. I got a bagel and asked for it lightly toasted...the entire thing is black, burnt to a crisp. And by 11am they were out of most bagels and donuts...the kids working are always nice though and you can tell they're stressed out, I feel for them. read more

I swear the people at this place are incompetent. The amount of times i've experienced problems at this location is absurd. Today specifically I ordered avocado toast and the box was given to me all messy. I then opened it up to find little to no seasoning and completely untoasted bread. Actually insane. When I asked for it to be remade it was barely any better. Another time I stopped here before work and never got my card back from the person working the drive thru. I didn't notice and went to work. We ordered egg and cheese biscuits with hash browns in the drive through and the hash browns looked good, but were tough like cardboard, cold and tasted bland. The egg and cheese biscuits; after our card was swiped, granted the guy at the window tried to stop the transaction to let us know they were out of biscuits and we ended up with 6 egg and cheese muffins. We looked into the bag and asked where the hash browns and other egg and cheese muffin were. We did receive the hashbrowns, but the egg and cheese muffin had sausage. We don't eat pork, so we have it to Fideo. The muffins taste bland and also cold. Used to have better breakfast. Service was alright, they tried helping us and were mostly pleasant. read more

Why is it so hard to take an easy order? I don't get it... I asked for 'double shot of espresso, in a large cup with ice' one day they can make it, the next day they make it is wrong and their excuse is because the manager won't let them do it, then they charged me for a cup of ice. I order it like this so I can pour my protein shake over the espresso and ice on my own. This location is on Sashabaw just before the expressway. I can not believe they can not take a bagel order correctly. I just want a bagel in a bag with cream cheese on the side. I am giving one star only because giving none was not an option! I have been in this location twice and neither time was something to "write home about" but yesterday was a whole new level. I literally felt like I was in the twilight zone... Both times I have been in this location they are always VERY under stocked. Whether it be on beverages, donuts or another food item you ask for. Yesterday I went in to this location after sledding with my family for some hot chocolate and the visit went "downhill" very fast. They had a younger and older gentleman working and to be honest I don't think either one knew if they were coming or going. There was very little on the shelves or in the cases. When my husband asked why the older gentleman replied with "the crew that left at 2 had done nothing before leaving" it was now after 6. The younger gentleman working the cash register whispered when he spoke (it was me and my family and two other people in the restaurant so it was not loud at all) but we could not hear anything he was saying not to mention we had to repeat our order 6... 6 times over to him! 2 hot chocolates, 1 latte, 1 ice cap and a orange juice ( which after they told me they had none) the latte was a plain black coffee which we asked to have remade and it still was black coffee. The restaurant was a mess with paper and garbage on the floor ( I wish I would have taken a picture) If I were you I would drive to a different location because this one needs some work! read more

I have yet to have good service at this location and I don't know why I keep going back for more... This was the last straw, you know, the one that broke the camel's back (I'm the unfortunate camel in this situation...). So I go through the drive through for breakfast and want a couple of simple things. A cinnamon bagel, not toasted, no cream cheese (so just the bagel by itself), a cheese bagel sausage, egg, and cheese sandwich, and a large iced coffee. She goes to repeat my order and says, "toasted cinnamon bagel, anything else?" so I repeat the correct order and I get the same response, "toasted cinnamon bagel, will that be all today?" and I repeat it one more time... The lady taking the order clearly has an accent and there is an obvious language barrier here... Wouldn't you think to hire someone with fluent English speaking skills for this position? I'm not saying to NOT hire her, I'm just saying to have her do something that better suits her skill set as this isn't her forte. So after her repeating my order back to me incorrectly again I tell her to cancel the order, I drove 1/4 mile away to the McDonald's, quickly ordered my food and iced coffee and went merrily on my way. The lady wasn't rude as the people at this location normally are, but she just was incapable of taking my order. Tim Horton's, you'd better send someone from corporate to secret shop this location, I know that you'd be very surprised at what you find (unless you read reviews first... then you know it's going to be bad). Oh, one more thing. As for going here to use the wi-fi to read or maybe do some work, FORGET ABOUT IT! Not only is the wi-fi connection very poor (something's probably wrong with the settings or something because I was the only person in there for this occasion) but the workers are insane! I swear they're all high while working because they're either yelling at each other or just clowning around so much that it's so loud and obnoxious (nevermind the swearing...) that you can't get anything done (and I had Bose noise canceling headphones on...). The black worker even yelled at me for using the wi-fi too much after I was there for only about 10 minutes (and yes I ordered a drink and food). He was being so rude just to be cool in front of his friends that I really just couldn't believe that it was happening! It always stuns me when people choose to work in customer service but seem to have no interest in how they treat customers. It also shocks me when those same people remain employed, without being coached or trained on how to provide better service. I'm looking at you, owners and managers... And if they are the owner or manager, I'm shocked and very disappointed. The service at this site is just awful. Some words that come to mind are: rude, thoughtless, careless, dismissive, impatient, and arrogant. It's close to my work, which makes it a convenience, but there are a couple other coffee/tea spots nearby, so I'm going to start frequenting them instead. This location obviously doesn't need my money, since they act like I'm an inconvenience instead of a patron. For the record, I'm not a difficult customer. I usually order one drink (no cream or sugar; just plain) and occasionally, I'll get a bagel. I'm always polite, always say please, and I always say thank you, but apparently, they can't extend the same courtesies. For example: I order a plain coffee or a plain tea, and this is what they say through the speaker, "Pull up." No repeating it back; no total given; not even a "please pull up." Just "Pull up," like they are ordering me to do so. They sound as if I've interrupted them doing something much more important, and they are annoyed that myself, and seven others in the drive thru, have decided to patronize their location. Another example: I order a large tea and receive a coffee, or I order a black coffee and it has cream and sugar in it, and then they look at me like, "Can't you just shut up and drink it? You're holding up the line." I wouldn't hold up the line, if you cared enough to make sure I received what I ordered. I'm not holding up the line because I'm irrational, or I'm trying to be difficult. I just want what I ordered. Sometimes, the order isn't for me. So, what should I do, take the incorrect item to my boss and tell him to drink it anyway, because I didn't want to hold up the line? Yeah; that will go over quite well. I work in customer service, and I have for years. You will never hear me treat a customer as anything less than my top priority, since they are the very reason my job and business exist. read more

3 stars. The store is clean with polite employees who work quickly. Their non bakery food items are satisfactory. If anything is wrong, they are prompt to fix it. Although their coffee is not always the most fresh and they are often out of certain varieties of baked goods before the morning is up. The crew at this store is exceptionally rude, even for fast food employees. Asked to stop mid-order. I was told they didn't have iced coffee, but had hot coffee.....I drove off. We do our best to avoid this one and drive to the one in White Lake. I do understand that the coffee may normally have to cool prior but the employee was very short about the fact that they couldn't comply with my order. We have given this location many chances. And every Saturday and Sunday we are "greeted" by the WORST customer service in Waterford. These "kids" are cranky and rude. They do not want to be there. They do not greet you, they shove stuff out the window at you, without a thanks. They argue if you point out they gave you the wrong coffee, even when you show them the coffee AND receipt. They act like an extra packet of Splenda is coming from their check. We now drive 4 miles out of the way to Biggby where we are treated kindly.
