When I asked for vanilla flavoring in my cold brew he suggested I try the lavender flavoring and I am so glad I did, it's SO GOOD! The lavender cold brew - how do I explain just how delish it is??? It tastes like what I feel like a yoga studio in the early morning would taste like - pure zen and happiness. I want one of these every day until the end of time. Next up, their sour dough. I am so impressed! Sour Dough is not easy to perfect and they have definitely done it! Like wow, whoever is baking this, start teaching a class. I'm so serious, I'm first in line to take it. I'm very happy with the amount of toast that you get, they definitely don't skimp. I can't wait to try more toast from here! Lastly, the ambiance here is unbeatable. A plant lovers dream come true. Headed to the counter and showed the app, they said have a seat we'll get your bag ready. The place is cute inside kinda homey with little kiosk with stuff for sale. She brought my bag over and had a cup for coffee. She let me to the coffee station & I had the coffee of the day. I normally don't drink flavored coffee but it was real good, a nutty and creamy flavor combined. My bag had a bowl of broccoli cheddar soup and slice of blueberry crumble pie. They always have a great selection of baked goods and coffee, plus specialty drinks on rotation. They offer light breakfast and lunch if you don't want just a coffee and pastry. They sell gifts and ground/bean coffee along with flavored syrups. For this particular trip, I ventured in to get lavender syrup (Torani). I treated myself to a specialty rotating drink (Hansel and Gretel frozen coffee - frozen coffee with gingerbread and white chocolate). I also purchased a blueberry muffin and a pumpkin cream cheese muffin (also a rotation dessert specialty). All were excellent, as par for course here. I order a small hot chocolate and they will split it between two cups and they will make it "not that hot" so my little kids don't have to wait to drink it. I ordered a Mike's sandwich with bacon on and everything bagel and it was delicious! I was there today, a Wednesday morning, and this place was to the brim with community but also not over crowded. There were kids being homeschooled, men at a business meeting, a group of women getting together, others working alone on a computer, it felt really nice just to be there. There are different games and books, then other little decorations and things for sale. I just wish they were open later into the evening... I tried to go here on a Saturday in the early evening and it was already shut down.

I walked in...pondered my options..and when prompted (courteously, professionally) I cleared my throat and wistfully said "hot chocolate s'il vous plait". To which the barista responded "whaaa?".
