Breakfast include classic egg plates, Benedicts, omelets, breakfast sandwiches, burritos and specialty dishes such as the Keto Hash, Crab Cake Benny and Jose Benny. Sweet breakfast selections include pancakes, waffles and French toast, with more indulgent options like White Chocolate Raspberry Pancakes, Cookies & Cream Stuffed French Toast and banana-themed waffles. The pancakes were outstanding: The perfect amount and cooking time. I can see why it's the flagship product. The mushroom crepes? It was the strangest breakfast I've ever had (and I've lived all over the world). To begin with, it was made with a sweet, not savory batter. The mushrooms were not sliced and folded into the filling with a sauce, they were sauteed whole, and poured over the top, as if they were berries. To add to the confusion, this choice comes with a side of pancakes or potato pancakes.
