It has a lovey texture, chew and bite. Their sandwiches offer a wide variety of options for everyone, as a pescatarian I have a hard time choosing because of the plentiful options. Ambiance is cute and clean, good music, casual but still not somewhere you'd want to be drooling hungover. Service is quick and attentive, everyone is so nice. I love this place, if this was in Toronto I'd be 15 pounds heavier. For sure give this place a spin, get their classic plain salt bagel, sit down, and order one of their amazing sandwiches.

Flat White (small $4.95). They charge the normal 13% HST, but there is an extra 3% resort fee! Both the croissant and coffee were good. The service was good. Some people make reservations for their favourite tables. They certainly make sure every is clean and chairs aligned. Four of us were sitting around a very small round table, so I put my camera case and bag on top of a neighbouring table (they were only 20% full). My wife told me they were staring at me. After I took it off and put them on the floor under my seat, they cleaned the table; must clean off any dirt I might have on my stuff! They have been open for 3 years. They allow photos using a phone but not a DSLR. They said they would charge $250 for me to take photos. One staff member recommended I speak to the owner. The owner was concerned that I take photos of his prices: this makes not sense since I can also do it with my phone! He finally allowed me to take photos of just the food, and he asked the staff to take it out for me onto a table! I was thankful! There is indoor and outdoor seating. There is free WiFi. I called ahead to ask if they could hold a sourdough loaf. I was told they had six left, it was "fairly slow," but no holds--first come, first serve. Fair enough. I made the trip over and stood in line, only to watch the customer in front of me get the last loaf. She mentioned she was also told the same thing over the phone. Again, I accepted that--she was ahead of me. Then the real issue: behind the counter was a bag clearly labeled "Alex" with loaves being held--despite their "no holds" policy. When questioned, the staff admitted they were reserving them for a "long-time customer." So the rules apparently only apply to some people. That's not just bad business--that's unethical.
