Extremely happy that we choose Allrite as the contractor for two major updates to our home. First…read morewe had them fully insulate our home which was built in 1929, so it wasn't an easy job with a number of crawl spaces and an attic that is difficult to access. To install a ventilation fan, they had to from the outside go into the dormer that is above the bathroom. In there they found more dead space without any insulation and they addressed that. We absolutely can tell a difference that now I've had to half block a heating vent upstairs because that room gets to hot now. Also we used to hear the firetrucks blocks away and now don't hear them until they are going right by. Second job was to replace the siding to the house. Here the owner (Randy) did an awesome job of planning the job out. Gave us an idea of using two different styles of siding for different parts of the home and it looks awesome now.. More importantly was his crew that did the actual work. They have been doing siding work for over 25 years and you can tell. Everything looks so tight, caulk lines clean and not sloppy. Attention to detail was suburb. One of the things we do is have my wife reach out to contractors first to see how they treat her, she used to work in real estate and is really good at telling if they are giving a bunch of BS or talk down to her. Randy with Allrite passed all her tests and ultimately we choose Allrite based on her feeling that they would do the best job. Their quote was higher than all the others, but two things... One - NO OVERRUNS.. even with adding a few things in during the job, he didn't nickel and dime me. TWO- The quality was worth it.. When I walk down the block and compare houses, you can see the difference. It was well worth the extra investment to go with them and I hadn't expected to feel this good about how the house would turn out. I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt that Allrite earned it, that I take time to write this out. If you are looking for a contractor here in the Milwaukee area, at least put them on your list to talk to.

The owner, Randy, said I should have called sooner and they don't make that window any more. I said can't we come to a compromise? NO deal. I told hime I needed the rest of my windows done and he said I probably wouldn't have used him anyway. The guy who sold me the window is deceased so apparently the life time guaranty was that guys life! Randy was rude and did not care about fixing my window with the lifetime guaranty. Do not go here they will not help if it breaks or if you have a problem.

Over a period of some 20 years, we have had about 20 Wasco vinyl windows installed. Most of them…read moreare casement windows because we like the idea that the harder the wind blows the tighter the seal. Our last window was installed in 2014. Wasco has kept their end of the contract by servicing the windows in disrepair but rarely has there been a problem with the windows. Even the earliest models were well made and the newer models have a better designed latching system. The aluminum screens have always been substantial. Before we had our windows installed, the winter wind howled through the joints of our old, so difficult to clean, double hung windows. Not so now. Moreover, the new windows are a pleasure to clean affording an almost instant clear view of our lovely street.

Frank, This is in regards to your response to my previous…read morepost. It seems that in the seven months it took you to respond to my post you either forgot or ignored the most important fact. The door was installed improperly. Poorly enough that it jammed shut so badly that when one of your installers returned he had to cut the frame off because the door was jammed so tight against the frame it could not be opened. If I could give your company no stars I would. Frank it's really unprofessional to call the customer a liar and fabricate a story because you refuse to admit the install was not done properly. Also my husband fixed the seal at the bottom of the door that was cut too short letting in all kinds of bugs and a mouse. He didn't want your guys touching it he said it was easier and better if he just did it.

I had not heard of Malarkey shingles, and prior to the home show had received eight estimates from roofing companies. I showed Adam the estimate that I received from the roofing company I was going to use. I pulled up files with the names of the other companies that's sent representatives to give me estimates. Adam felt strong that Mark would be able to beat the price. I do not want a hard self. Mark O'Neill called me the following evening Anne Wood only push an emphasize the malarkey brand. I had chosen Owen's Corning Duration. What I thought was rude and unprofessional was his attitude about other companies. He also mentioned that he contracts the work out. He delivers the materials, but usually is not on site for the job. He explained to me that his jobs are, 'Fillers' for a group he has worked with for ten plus years. If he has worked with this group of guys for ten years, why has his company only been incorporated since 1-2-2024. What was the name of previous company and why are reviews from 2024-25 only? If he speaks so highly of them, why contract? They have other jobs. I made it clear I want to work with a company that employs their crew. He did not respect my opinions. What happened to respecting the customer and allowing the customer to have an opinion?

Their owner and team were extremely responsive and helpful in all my questions about quoting windows and making recommendations. I had used a competitor in the past who charged a lot more and wasn't as responsive. They offer a high quality product at a price I found to be of great value. They even acknowledged one window had a scratch and they would reorder and replace which was resolved in a couple weeks. So I really appreciate that they owned up to a minor issue and had it resolved. I'm now having them look at doing a new front door for me because I was so pleased with their service and value. Elite Exteriors was able to get Zack out to check out this roof next day. The inspection and estimate of the roof on our pending home purchase performed by Zack and Elite Exteriors quickly became our #1 pick (we had 3). Zack was the only one who actually got up on the roof, took pictures and thoroughly explained how Elite Exteriors would tackle the job. The other 2 estimators didn't even get on the roof before they gave us a price. Zack presented us with... hands down..... THE BEST description of work to be performed, price and promise of exceptional service. He lived up to all of the above! We are so happy we chose Elite Exteriors and can't say enough good things about Zack.... he was a pleasure to work with!!! The roof was done in one day and the guys did an exceptional job of cleaning up before they left. The next day I looked out my window and saw Zack walking around my yard picking up smaller pieces of packaging/trash that had been missed. I would hire Zack and this company again in a heartbeat!!!
