Baynick's put in an egress window on our basement last week and we are completely thrilled with…read moretheir overall work! Nick and Nick Jr. showed up on time, got right to work, and finished the whole job in one day! Communication with Nick was easy and he was always extremely responsive with any questions we had. We knew exactly the process, the details, and the total amount for the work before it even began. They were very respectful of our property (and even saved a beautiful bush that could have easily been destroyed), took great care of our yard by laying down protection before driving their machines on it, and treated our renovation like they would their own home. They both have clearly done many, many window installations and it eased my mind at how confident they were with every aspect of the egress installation. Do yourself a favor and hire Baynick's to let some light into your dark, gloomy basement! We are SO happy to have found them!

I had not heard of Malarkey shingles, and prior to the home show had received eight estimates from roofing companies. I showed Adam the estimate that I received from the roofing company I was going to use. I pulled up files with the names of the other companies that's sent representatives to give me estimates. Adam felt strong that Mark would be able to beat the price. I made it clear what my budget was and it wouldn't include shingles, gutters, and replacement of any facia boards that needed to be replace replace replaced. I also emphasize. I do not want a hard self. Mark O'Neill called me the following evening Anne Wood only push an emphasize the malarkey brand. I had chosen Owen's Corning Duration. What I thought was rude and unprofessional was his attitude about other companies. He also mentioned that he contracts the work out. He delivers the materials, but usually is not on site for the job. He explained to me that his jobs are, 'Fillers' for a group he has worked with for ten plus years. If he has worked with this group of guys for ten years, why has his company only been incorporated since 1-2-2024. What was the name of previous company and why are reviews from 2024-25 only? If he speaks so highly of them, why contract? They have other jobs. I made it clear I want to work with a company that employs their crew. He did not respect my opinions. What happened to respecting the customer and allowing the customer to have an opinion?

Simply put, Kurtis and his crew are awesome. You will not find better…read more We have had them do emergency repairs to our old roof, a full tear off (three layers!) and new roof, as well as multiple windows throughout our home. Everything was installed as promised and completed on time, with no surprises. 12 years ago, as first-time home owners, we had no idea where to start, or what we could even afford. Kurtis was patient, honest, and willing to explain what could wait and what couldn't (and why), what we needed (and what we didn't), and the different options we had (and what was/was not worth the cost). Kurtis is straight-forward and honest. He is budget-conscious, but does not take shortcuts. He guarantees his work, and takes pride in what he does. He's a down-to-earth guy, who's easy to talk to. As both a mom and a dog owner, I have always been impressed at how patient and friendly he and his team are with our loud kids and super-excited (but friendly) dog. The team said goodbye every day when we left for work & school, and said hello when we came home. They paid extra attention everyday at clean up to ensure that the kids and dog would not be in any danger with nails or other materials in the lawn, and our yard was clean every day when they left. I would not hesitate to recommend Kurtis and his team for any home improvement project, big or small. It is tough to know who to trust with this kind of stuff, and Kurtis has proven to be trustworthy and excellent over 12 years of various projects in and outside of our home. Wonderful job, guys... Looking forward to the next project!

Extremely happy that we choose Allrite as the contractor for two major updates to our home. First…read morewe had them fully insulate our home which was built in 1929, so it wasn't an easy job with a number of crawl spaces and an attic that is difficult to access. To install a ventilation fan, they had to from the outside go into the dormer that is above the bathroom. In there they found more dead space without any insulation and they addressed that. We absolutely can tell a difference that now I've had to half block a heating vent upstairs because that room gets to hot now. Also we used to hear the firetrucks blocks away and now don't hear them until they are going right by. Second job was to replace the siding to the house. Here the owner (Randy) did an awesome job of planning the job out. Gave us an idea of using two different styles of siding for different parts of the home and it looks awesome now.. More importantly was his crew that did the actual work. They have been doing siding work for over 25 years and you can tell. Everything looks so tight, caulk lines clean and not sloppy. Attention to detail was suburb. One of the things we do is have my wife reach out to contractors first to see how they treat her, she used to work in real estate and is really good at telling if they are giving a bunch of BS or talk down to her. Randy with Allrite passed all her tests and ultimately we choose Allrite based on her feeling that they would do the best job. Their quote was higher than all the others, but two things... One - NO OVERRUNS.. even with adding a few things in during the job, he didn't nickel and dime me. TWO- The quality was worth it.. When I walk down the block and compare houses, you can see the difference. It was well worth the extra investment to go with them and I hadn't expected to feel this good about how the house would turn out. I don't write a lot of reviews, but felt that Allrite earned it, that I take time to write this out. If you are looking for a contractor here in the Milwaukee area, at least put them on your list to talk to.
