I wouldn't hesitate to use Can Do Remodeling again and would highly recommend Rusty and Tim to anyone looking for reliable, high-quality work.

Simply put, Kurtis and his crew are awesome. You will not find better…read more We have had them do emergency repairs to our old roof, a full tear off (three layers!) and new roof, as well as multiple windows throughout our home. Everything was installed as promised and completed on time, with no surprises. 12 years ago, as first-time home owners, we had no idea where to start, or what we could even afford. Kurtis was patient, honest, and willing to explain what could wait and what couldn't (and why), what we needed (and what we didn't), and the different options we had (and what was/was not worth the cost). Kurtis is straight-forward and honest. He is budget-conscious, but does not take shortcuts. He guarantees his work, and takes pride in what he does. He's a down-to-earth guy, who's easy to talk to. As both a mom and a dog owner, I have always been impressed at how patient and friendly he and his team are with our loud kids and super-excited (but friendly) dog. The team said goodbye every day when we left for work & school, and said hello when we came home. They paid extra attention everyday at clean up to ensure that the kids and dog would not be in any danger with nails or other materials in the lawn, and our yard was clean every day when they left. I would not hesitate to recommend Kurtis and his team for any home improvement project, big or small. It is tough to know who to trust with this kind of stuff, and Kurtis has proven to be trustworthy and excellent over 12 years of various projects in and outside of our home. Wonderful job, guys... Looking forward to the next project!

While they were not the least expensive, I selected them after reviewing the job with Christo, the owner. He was very knowledgeable and was straight forward regarding the extent of possible issues that may be uncover when the shingles are removed from such an older building (1929). Christo has an extensive portfolio of quality materials to choose from and his suggestions really helped steer me towards the best possible outcome. The work began very shortly after the paperwork was completed and even after finding that the original roof had 3 layers of failed shingles in some areas, had extensive wood rot at the decking, fascia and soffit areas, needed replacement roof ventilation and also required additional work to remove an old school TV antenna... the roof was completed beautifully and ahead of schedule! Communication was on-going and professional throughout the entire job. The clean up was meticulous and complete. Gutters and downspouts were installed a few days later and the house really looks great! I can 100% recommend 1st Choice Roofing... and have already passed their contact information on to both family and friends.

We hired Extreme Exteriors after consultation due to an incomplete job by a different landscaper…read morelast summer. We didn't know what to expect. Our prior experience had left us with an unfinished job that didn't meet our expectations. We did not know if our expectations had been unrealistic. Guess what, they weren't!!! Extreme Exteriors came in and completely redid our 1550 sq ft patio for a very fair price, built us a deck and regraded our lawn and seeded. When we originally hired them it was to redo the patio which they discovered had an insufficient base by the other contractor. They quickly came in, pulled up the pavers and the base, redid the base, relaid the pavers in a beautiful pattern and then finished it. It's beautiful!!!! And they were done in two weeks with a deck added!! Because of how nice it looked, the speed of delivery and the professionalism of the owner and his team, we then asked that they quote redoing our lawn, doing a concrete pad for a swim spa and some additional finishing items. 4 weeks and our entire lawn and patio is complete and usable. We are just waiting for the grass to grow. We are now asking them for help with selecting plants and trees. We couldn't be happier and highly recommend them. They are trustworthy, hardworking and knowledgeable. I would joke to my husband about there being 5 guys here and each time I looked out the window they were each actively working!!!
