Hands down the best car buying and trading experience I've ever had…read more I've bought and sold many vehicles over the years, and my experience at Lost Pines Toyota in Bastrop, TX was exceptional. Adam Layfield was an outstanding salesman--honest, knowledgeable, and easy to work with. No pressure, no games, just a smooth and transparent process. Daniel Ramirez in finance was equally amazing. He made everything clear and stress-free and took the time to explain all the details. If you're looking for a new or used vehicle, I highly recommend Adam Layfield for sales and Daniel Ramirez for financing. Both went above and beyond, and I can't say enough good things about them or the team at Lost Pines Toyota.

We used to go to the amazing Cedar Park location for servicing, but have moved in the area in the past year and it is more convenient here. I was at the location for over 3hours waiting for just an oil change and inspection per my service matience package scheduled for 1:30pm. A routine task that takes 15-30 minutes. After over an hour and half I asked if they had an update because I waiting patiently for a long time for a quick service for them to tell me all day they have been down a bay and behind. Why would you not tell me when I checked in or really any point while I'm waiting? They tell me I'm still in line and they haven't even seen/started my car yet! They go to check with the mechanics and they come back and say 40 More minutes after I have been stranded at the dealership for 2 hours at this point already. They say they can pull my car and I can reschedule. How does that help me? I'm out of all of this time for work unexpectedly already and then have to come back another day and hope it goes faster when I have had long wait times both times. There wasn't that many customers and tons of inside sales employees sitting around talking. The last time I waited for a long time too for the same service and they tried to get me to agree to add services on while I was waiting instead of just doing what I scheduled. At this point it will be better for my time and sanity to just drive back to Cedar Park for service rather than deal with Lost Pines Toyota.

We turned over our truck on April 22, 2021 for some major repairs. Tony assured us they could do the repairs and he said it would take 2-3 weeks. We finally retrieved our truck on July 23, 2021 after 13 weeks and 1 day of being in their shop. The work done was not up to our expectations. Villafranca's initially turned our truck over to us on June 25, 2021 but there were so many things wrong with it we returned to their shop and talked to Tony. He promised to fix everything on our list and it would be done in a few days, a week at the most - well, that turned into 4 weeks! I honestly think they took on a job that was too big for them but instead of being honest with us and telling us in the beginning; they took our $7,000.00 and proceeded to try and fix it themselves. Each deadline turned into another week and another and another... My husband and I finally went and picked up our truck which was still parked in their shop, neither Tony nor Joe were around that day. Our truck still needs much needed repairs and now we have to go elsewhere and spend even more money to fix what they could not. I gave them 1 star because they are a great towing company and their receptionist is awesome, but as far as paint and body I would advise you take your vehicle anywhere else.
