While we missed the connection that evening, the following morning we got the car off the road and to the shop. They tried to start it only to know immediately what the problem was from the sound of things...timing belt and based on the type of engine (an interference engine) the valves were probably toast. Then another employee told me they don't perform alignments on Fridays. Before making the trip, I checked their website, and it states they offer alignments, but nowhere does it mention they don't do them on Fridays. Overall, I was disappointed by the customer service and the lack of clear communication about their scheduling and availability.
