I can't say enough good things about B&B Automotive in Brenham. I was stuck in a tough spot and they came through for me in a big way. They showed up quickly--no long, frustrating wait--and had me back on the road in no time. What really stood out, though, was how they treated me. Everyone I dealt with was incredibly friendly, easygoing, and genuinely cared about helping. You don't always get that level of service these days. They were understanding of my situation and made a stressful moment a whole lot easier. If you ever find yourself in a bind, these are the people you want to call. Highly recommend. read more

My daughter's car broke down on 290 last night the day before Thanksgiving. B & B quickly towed her car and brought her and her friend to their office. They allowed them to safely wait until we drove from Houston to get her. They were very friendly and fun which kept my daughter from freaking out. The repairs were made the day after Thanksgiving. And to our surprise their price to replace her alternator was extremely reasonable. Thank you so much B&B!!! You guys are the best. We appreciate your kindness and professionalism. read more

I wouldn't Recommend b and b towing to anyone. All they were concerned about was collecting payment while myself and family were stranded on highway two ninety and a very dangerous curve. read more

On Friday my husband and I (Bastrop)met up with our daughter (Cypress) at the gas station off 290 in Brenham. I needed to go down to Cypress to help with my 8 yr-old grandson as my daughter has some serious medical problems. She had turned off her engine to gas up her Honda Pilot. It would not restart. She has no roadside assistance. We called B&B to try to jump start her Honda, but no luck. Thankfully, the 2 young men from B&B arranged to tow the Honda all the way down to Cypress, so my ailing husband could return to our little ranch and take care of our animals. B&B saved the day. Yes, it was costly, but worth every penny for the peace-of-mind it gave us. The 2 young men helping us were just the best! Thank you, Thank you. The O'Reilly Family read more

We were heading home to Austin from Houston after a family member passed away. Nerves frazzled - our expedition lost power and then completely died in Brenham. B&B towed the expedition and then replaced the engine. While the overall process took some time, delays were associated with supply chain. As soon as they could work on the replacement, our SUV was ready and like new! Tammy is great with communication and next steps. She made the overall process easier. Very thankful we found them in our emergency. Definitely a team to count on... read more

B&B Automotive to the rescue! Our family was traveling home and had a blowout between Brenham and Chapel Hill, on a Sunday after a holiday no less. Feeling less than hopeful to find someone open, B&B came to our rescue and in under 30 minutes, we were back on the road home! I'll never forget their servitude and kindness! #heros read more

The folks at B&B Automotive have the equipment, knowledge and are extremely courteous. I was in need of a tow and had waited for a provider in College Station to arrive for three hours. After complaining to roadside assistance they dispatched another provider. That provider happened to be B&B Automotive from Brenham, Texas. As luck would have it, they were in the Bryan College Station area and were onsite in 20 minutes, had my truck loaded and headed to my mechanic in another 5 minutes. Thank you B&B... if you are in an unfortunate situation that requires a tow, consider call the folks here before anyone else. read more

Excellent service and precision work on our '95 Subaru. Highly recommend and will use again.

This place is so helpful! We got stranded on the side of the road so we called them. Now our car was completely dead, all of the lights came on. They were kind enough to take our car to their scrap yard and give us a ride to the enterprise to rent a car and get home. AMAZING service and we highly appreciate everything they have done for us! Definitely would recommend calling them if stranded or need a car to be towed. THANK YOU B&B AUTOMOTIVES read more

Because of B&B Automotive, I felt I had to download Yelp and leave a review. B&B helped tow my car to their shop late at night due to a flat tire. My spare also blew out. They picked me and my car up, took me to their shop. Sold and installed me a new tire. Took less than an hour from time they arrived to pick me up on 290 and I was headed back to Austin.
