Lenny, his son and all his employees are amazing and knowledgeable about what they advertise..."All Auto". The best part, is when or if they do not have the resource to fix something they find one and give you the option to drop it off yourself or let them take care of everything. Yes, they did have our vehicle for some time, however that has less to do with Lenny and more to do with access to parts and dealing with an insurance company that just didn't want to move until someone lit a fire under them. As with anyone, I'd just ask that in order to have communication from them, you should be proactive and patient. They won't forget about you and if you need to have quicker updates, just let them know.
