Very friendly young owner, whose young son was watching television on the comfortable sofa when all five of us came in..He everso politely got up for us to be seated and went into his Dad's office. He has been parented to become a young gentleman..his Father promptly repaired our tire, we paid and were on our way. My hubs said he will return for tires when we need them next time, even if that far away. We were impressed with service and apparently competive tire pricing for hubs to say he would drive back.

I needed a good laugh! I ended up having it towed away from those sharks, who by the way charged a loyal customer for looking at it. When I brought in a coupon they sent to me (with no exclusions on it), they told me they could only use one coupon-AAA or their coupon. If I wanted to, I could have fussed about that, but it wasn't worth it. I went to boys tire shop to have 2 tires put on my car. The shop I normaly do buisness with did not…read morehave the size I needed in stock. Boys had the tires I needed in stocks and at a decent price I arrived and they went to work on my car in just a few minutes. I was back on the road in 30 minutes. I drove the car approximately 12 miles at that time my car started shaking violently and I pulled over to find that 4 of the five lugs on driver side front tire had fallen off. I called Boys tire shop and told the owner what happened. I made it clear that I had the car done there and now I was on the side of the road unable to drive the car. His response was basically to say . If I drove the car in they would look at it. But they would be closing In a few minutes to drive in the next day. I managed to get lug nuts and then find out that the rim is bent and I will have to get a new one at the cost of 225.00 bucks. I am shocked at the owners indifference and I do not know if they will repay me for my damage. I do know that I will never do any buisness there again I suggest that anyone that does pay them and then change the tires yourself. Oh wait that is ridiculous. Go anywhere but there if you need tires
