It is obvious from the start that Lenny knows what he is doing, that this trade is in his blood! Don't believe me, just ask him about his family and that shop! Lenny, his son and all his employees are amazing and knowledgeable about what they advertise..."All Auto". The best part, is when or if they do not have the resource to fix something they find one and give you the option to drop it off yourself or let them take care of everything. Yes, they did have our vehicle for some time, however that has less to do with Lenny and more to do with access to parts and dealing with an insurance company that just didn't want to move until someone lit a fire under them. As with anyone, I'd just ask that in order to have communication from them, you should be proactive and patient. They won't forget about you and if you need to have quicker updates, just let them know. I promise they want to get you fixed up and out of the lot so they can make room for the next vehicle coming in. A bonus, they went ahead and did an inspection on our car since it was past due by the time we got our car back. Prices are within a typical range of auto repair since you are paying for the labor. No one should work for free after all

They charged me $1300 when I picked it up. They also did shoddy work. Muffler wasn't even welded together and exhaust was leaking from it so it had to be repaired at another shop. They also charge more if you use a credit card.

I recently went to Jarvis Tire Pros in Brenham because I was having issues with the AC in my 2019…read moreHonda Odyssey. The AC was cold while driving, but then turned warm/hot when the vehicle was stopped or in idle for more than a few minutes. I made an appointment, and they let me know that one of the fans was not working. They said they could order the fan and I could bring my vehicle back the next day to have it installed. I paid a ~$70 diagnostic fee that they said they would credit to the repairs later. The next day, they installed the fan quickly, and I paid ~$400. They did not credit me for the diagnostic fee like they said they would, and when I asked about it, I was told that refunds were difficult and I could get a credit to my account to use towards another service later on. That was acceptable. They also mentioned that if the AC was still warm, it could be a Freon problem that they could not help me with because they did not have the right equipment. Within a few hours I knew that my AC was not fixed. I called them back and I was told that there was nothing they could do for me, and that I had to take my car to another shop. I made an appointment with Katy Honda, told them what had transpired, and that the techs over at Jarvis Tire Pros told me it was a Freon issue. He looked very confused. He told me that if it was a Freon issue my AC would not even get cold while driving, and since the only issue is that the AC gets hot while the car is idle but would get cold again when driving, it was definitely NOT a Freon issue. I have 3 children to pick up in car lines so having AC in this Texas summer heat is really important to me. Turns out the relays for the fans were bad. After switching out the relays at Katy Honda, my AC is now cold both when driving and while idle. I think the most disturbing part of this entire ordeal was when called Lane back at Jarvis Tire Pros to tell him that they fixed the issue and it was not a Freon issue, he got very defensive and told me "knowing dealerships, they probably recharged my Freon and told me it was a relay issue." I was shocked that instead of trying to help me figure out a solution, his first instinct was to insult another business by calling them frauds. For the record, I did not ask for my money back, I had only asked for them to refund me what they overcharged me in the first place as I will no longer be taking my car here. He again insisted that refunds were difficult and that it was too confusing for their books. However, when I went in, he was able to process it within a couple minutes. I said thank you and left but did not receive any response. Honesty and transparency seem to be a little lacking here. I'm not sure if this "unique" treatment was because I am from out of town? A woman who knows nothing about cars? Or not of the same ethnicity as everyone else in this area seems to be, but it was not a positive experience at all.
