Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car. We just picked the car up and it's running perfectly and the cost was less than half what we would have paid at the dealership. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend them enough.

The employee never asked for my vehicle information or what the issue was. Instead, he said I'd have to drop off my vehicle. I was surprised because a standard alignment usually doesn't take very long. It also seemed like he didn't even know whether the alignment technician was there yet. Then another employee told me they don't perform alignments on Fridays. Before making the trip, I checked their website, and it states they offer alignments, but nowhere does it mention they don't do them on Fridays.
