I experienced the worst customer service at Brenham CJD. I took my $90k TRX for hail damage. I was…read moregiven a reasonable 2-day time frame and a $10k quote, which I happily agreed to. After 2 days, I was told their employee chipped and damaged paint on the hood of my vehicle and that they would need to make an additional $500 claim to my insurance. After approximately 9 days, I received my vehicle with my rear driver's side interior door panel barely hanging on by 2 or 3 clips, as well as my hood vents. I made them aware of the discrepancies and again was told that an additional $500 claim would have to be made for the repairs. $11,000 dollars later, I asked Mike, the manager of the collision center, to explain to me why my insurance and eventually myself would have to pay for the bill of their employees' negligent actions? To which he replied, "These things happen when removing/replacing parts." In which I totally agreed, but it should not be an additional claim to my insurance if it was their actions. Mike began to belittle my profession (I was wearing my fire department shirt), rudely saying, "Well, do you pay for the damages that occur when you're saving people from a fire?"and "I don't care if your parts come in or if your vehicle gets fixed" while trying to shove me out of his office. I got upset and asked him to please not put his hands on me, while Mike saying, "What, do you want to hit me? Go ahead!" At this point, I exited myself from the situation and just asked them to do the claim and to please just fix my vehicle." If this is the work being done on a $90k vehicle, imagine what is done to those less fortunate just trying to get their vehicle fixed. I have read other reviews about Mike's horrible customer service, and hope that BCJD can make customer experiences better, but for myself this will be the last time i have work done on my vehicles at this location.

I hate this so much that I've bought my last two cars from Carvana simply because I wouldn't have to speak to anyone. I find the stereotypical car-buying experience (new and, especially, used) to be unnecessarily stressful and taxing. Today, this has changed. When I found a slightly better deal locally than I did on Carvana, I took the plunge. From the beginning, Angela was super helpful and responsive. She didn't insist on talking on the phone and was happy to text details, which is infinitely more manageable during the workweek. When it came time to make the trek to Austin e Autos, Angela let me know that she would be off that day and handed off the deal to Isaac. Isaac is the best. Isaac put us through the paces of letting us test drive, then talking numbers. At no point did the numbers they advertised ever change. I came in with pre-approval through USAA, and they did not push me toward in-house financing. This has never happened to me before. They usually push that really hard. Once the numbers were agreed upon, we were handed over to Stephanie for the paper signing. This was equally painless, and there was no push to buy extended warranties, wheel insurance, GAP, etc, etc, etc. The numbers we discussed with Isaac were the exact numbers we signed off on with Stephanie. Incredibly painless, transparent, and honest process. My wife loves her car, and I am very impressed by the buying experience. If you're in the market for a used EV, look here first. All the stars. Thank you, Isaac, Angela, and Stephanie!

From start to finish, the entire process was smooth, professional, and genuinely enjoyable. My sales advisor, Tyler Thornhill, and his associate, Kyle Chowdhury, went above and beyond to make sure everything came together. They were knowledgeable, helpful, responsive, and never made me feel pressured. They truly went the extra mile to make this a great car-buying experience. One detail that really stood out was that I happened to be at the dealership in a friend's car because my vehicle was in the shop (at a non-Toyota repair facility). After completing the purchase, Tyler and Kyle actually drove my new Grand Highlander to my home for me. That kind of personal service says a lot about the people they are. I also want to recognize the New Car Sales Director, Will Taylor, who helped move the purchase along smoothly and was an easy and pleasant person to work with throughout the process. I can highly recommend Toyota of Cedar Park, Tyler Thornhill, Kyle Chowdhury, and the entire team I worked with. They made what can sometimes be a stressful process into a truly great experience. I'm very happy with my new Grand Highlander and with the way I was treated throughout the purchase.

I purchased a small part for my fuel door on site. The service tech, Juan, repaired it himself. It was an easy fix and he wanted to save me money for the cost of labor. The parts shop was set up like a gift shop. I thought that was cute. There were many comfortable places to sit in the waiting area. There was a coffee shop and a children's play area for families. Overall, the customer service was phenomenal and I plan to return for future car maintenance.
