Today, the crew at the store in Brenham Texas helped us repair two tires after we had a blowout on the interstate yesterday. In particular, Jordan went the extra mile to come up the hill behind him so we could service our track in an adjacent businesses parking lot. Thankfully, they had the exact tires our camper required in stock and at a good price. They've always taken care of me and give me even more reason to think they always will. Plus they saved our spring break vacation!

He has been parented to become a young gentleman..his Father promptly repaired our tire, we paid and were on our way. I wait 3 hours for a tow, in which they towed it back to Quick Lane. They figured out that they did not fully repair it, so all my coolant leaked out and my car overheated. My car was in the shop for about a week, in which they offered very spotty communication. Furthermore, they promised they would pay for the tow and were going to send a check (7 months later, I'm still waiting). I go to pick up my car and I am met with the rudest attitude, they hand me my keys, and I'm ready to just move on..or so I thought. My car has overheated about 4-5 times since then, due to problems with my cooling system (leaks and air bubbles) and has required more service due to their mistake. If I wanted to, I could have fussed about that, but it wasn't worth it.
