However, a week later I go to make a longer drive than normal (2 hours), about 30 minutes in...I'm on the side of the rode and my car is smoking white. I wait 3 hours for a tow, in which they towed it back to Quick Lane. They figured out that they did not fully repair it, so all my coolant leaked out and my car overheated. My car was in the shop for about a week, in which they offered very spotty communication. Furthermore, they promised they would pay for the tow and were going to send a check (7 months later, I'm still waiting). I go to pick up my car and I am met with the rudest attitude, they hand me my keys, and I'm ready to just move on..or so I thought. My car has overheated about 4-5 times since then, due to problems with my cooling system (leaks and air bubbles) and has required more service due to their mistake.
