I dropped the car off and Phillip greeted me and I gave him a list of all of the things I thought were wrong with my vehicle. He immediately weeded out some of my concerns which was great. Chris, one of the leads, took control of fixing my car and did a wonderful job. I asked him on the phone if he could show me how he fixed my vehicle and he put the car on the lift and showed me everything. He even showed me some broken parts he had thrown in a box. I would trust these guys with my vehicle again for sure. A synthetic oil change was a little over $100 and there was a 3.5% fee for cards. While some things were expensive, others were surprisingly cheap (disposal fees, labor, etc.). Give these guys a try!

They were VERY NICE about it, they fixed it and gave me a discount for my oil change (everyone makes mistakes so I understand). However, a week later I go to make a longer drive than normal (2 hours), about 30 minutes in...I'm on the side of the rode and my car is smoking white. I wait 3 hours for a tow, in which they towed it back to Quick Lane. They figured out that they did not fully repair it, so all my coolant leaked out and my car overheated. My car was in the shop for about a week, in which they offered very spotty communication. Furthermore, they promised they would pay for the tow and were going to send a check (7 months later, I'm still waiting). I go to pick up my car and I am met with the rudest attitude, they hand me my keys, and I'm ready to just move on..or so I thought. My car has overheated about 4-5 times since then, due to problems with my cooling system (leaks and air bubbles) and has required more service due to their mistake. If you want quality service and kind attitude, find some where else.

This place is definitely not the place you should go to if you need something major replaced or if…read moreyou wanted to support an honest business. I had my car towed here in the evening because my ETC light was on. The next day, I was told that there were too many things wrong with my car -- that it wouldn't be worth it to fix + it'll cost more than my car's worth. This made me worry the entire day, but I needed it fix -- I decided to tow it elsewhere. Guess what? There was one thing wrong with it, and it was the Electronic Throttle Valve. The new place I towed my car to fixed it for cheap. Now? My car is running smoothly. Not only did I waste my money to tow my car here and away, but I wasted my time, a day's worth of work. Instead of just outright saying they have too many cars to work on at the moment or that they refused to work on my car, they decided to lie and waste my time. I would never return or recommend anyone to come here. There's no way the amount I paid for the work at the new place was more than the value of the car due to inflation + chip shortage. Utterly disappointed.
