Wow! I stopped by and needed a lot of work done. Everyone here was super friendly and made sure I was taken care of. The manager was very attentive. They have 2 spots that are semi private that they'll go over your work with, so it's bot everyone's business. I really appreciated that since my car needed a lot of help. ‍ They have coffee and water available and the bathrooms are clean. I have an older car and have spent a lot of time in other service centers recently. Most of them are dirty or old or have inattentive employees (that may or may not be really creepy). This jiffy lube is very clean. I didn't feel gross or like I was getting my car worked on at all. If I was local to college station, this would be my regular place for all routine maintenance. 100% recommend! read more

This place is a total rip off. They are ridiculously over priced. My normal oil change is 115. This place was 188. Just absurd. I wanted to leave but had to get it done and I think that's their plan. Needed an alignment, so I called to see if they offered that service, and they told me they do and they close at 7. Till I get up there and "sorry we don't have a mechanic on this shift for the whole weekend" So who knows what they do. Went in for an oil change, left with a smoking vehicle. Had to pull over and wait for engine to cool off. Brought back in, technician had spilled oil all over engine supposedly, and didn't try to clean.... After bringing it back, and then Cleaning it, said "the rest will burn off".... Who knows what the truth was, probably forgot the cap or something serious. Don't take your vehicle here. Just stopped in to get my brake light replaced, as I'm on a long trip back home, and Edward and Logan hopped in to help me immediately. They were both so kind and polite and they also offered to check the engine when I mentioned my starter was a bit sluggish. I noticed my low oil indicator light on while on a recent quick business trip to CS. I googled oil change and discovered this new Jiffy Lube near by. I pulled to the entrance of an open bay and was immediately greeted. I explained about the indicator light and assured they'd take care of it. I was brought inside the lobby. The lobby is comfortable with big chairs, snacks, coffee, water, a big tv and wireless. The bathrooms could've been a little cleaner in my opinion. After waiting about 10 minutes I was given an overview of fluid levels and tire status. The guy showed me several filters that he suggested could be changed and when I passed there surprisingly wasn't a hard press and warning of danger as other lube places tend to do. I paid the original price given in my estimate. I was in and out of the shop within 30 minutes. I'd definitely return when in the area and in need of service. read more

Had to go track down dude 45 minutes in to ask WTF is going on with inspection. Experience took ONE HOUR! Come on! Still beyond pleased with the care that the Tower Point Jiffy Lube staff shows when taking care of my suburban. They go through, line by line, and make sure I understand everything that's being done and what it will cost and always ask my permission before doing anything. I always call ahead to see if they are in a down time or super busy, to help avoid a wait. This place is insanely over priced as well as horrible quality work done. I decided to have my oil changed here as they were open later than my usual place right near them and they had tightened the bolt far too tight that could've ended my car up in the shop costing me a grand to fix. Not only that but the guy told me my tires were horrible and needed to be changed ASAP. My boyfriend worked at discount tire and later told me that he was so wrong and they had at least five more months on them. Clearly they were trying to take advantage of me since I'm only 24 and a woman. You're better off going to my favorite place down the street American Lube Center. They actually know what they're doing and prices are very reasonable. read more

I have no idea why these other people are complaining. I love it here. These guys are so nice. They are super attentive and have gone above and beyond for me multiple times. I've owned multiple body shops growing up and these guys take care of you and make recommendations based on industry standards. You don't have to take the recommendation. You can ask "what that really means" and they'll be honest with you. They're doing their job to keep you (and other drivers) safe on the road. Appreciate that. Just because your family member tells you, "you can make it a few months," doesn't mean that's what the industry recommends. Their waiting room is nice. Great place to chill while you wait and they have snacks and clean bathrooms. Story time: I got a flat tire in Austin and I called this place and they immediately began working on getting me a new tire. They told me where to go, handled my claim, and had me taken care of in no time. The jiffy lube I showed up to (10 minutes before closing) in Austin also put my spare on for me and checked all my fluids before sending me off with a smile. Took our car in for a simple oil change, they tried to tell us we needed $600+ worth of work after just having new breaks and rotors done a few months ago. Thankfully I had the sense to go get a second opinion. We left the JiffyLube parking lot and the car immediately started making strange noises so we went right back, they looked at it for over 30 min then said there was magically nothing wrong...we left and no more noise. Took my F-150 for oil change before the long trip. It took them two hours to figure out how to get to the oil compartment. Got home check underneath the truck two of the bolts are stripped on the skid plate covering the oils drain. Very possible will loose my drain cover soon. Very incompetent place. Completely messed up my state inspection, wrote wrong vehicle year down, someone else's VIN, mistyped the license plate. Wow... Guess I'll be returning, more time off work, more time dealing with stuff I don't have time to deal with. The staff are friendly, but that doesn't really matter if they can't do their job. Update: Returned, and they were completely clueless about the error, so took them 10 minutes to resolve. Meanwhile, a tanker, servicing their business, nearly took out the bumper on my truck. do not take your car here. we took one of our cars here for an oil change in nov. 2021. car had less than 50,000 miles. then when driving back to houston all the oil leaked out and the engine is now blown. their ins. co., traveler's, has been delaying resolution for 3.5 months now. we will never use jiffy lube again. if you do, be prepared to be without your car for 4 months or longer, no rental car while yours is damaged and a fight to get your car repaired. This was for the BRYAN TX JIFFY LUBE. I'd still avoid any Jiffy Lube, as the tactics used to delay/deny payment are likely the same. read more

I got all 4 tires on our minivan replaced here today. Nice Multicare Jiffy Lube is a very pleasant place to wait with free WiFi and coffee/water. Store employees are friendly and efficient. TERRIBLE!!! Unless you drive up with a tip in hand. They are going to screw you!! We dropped off my husband's Toyota Tundra for an oil change, tire rotation & balancing, and an inspection. First thing out of the guys mouth is it needs new tires (that was fishy to us) They insisted even later when we went to pick it up and on the phone call earlier... however measuring it brings it to 5 yet it won't pass? The measured it right in front of my husband and still said no due to the center strip. Okay we will get a second opinion! What gives them the 1 star is the fact that the Oil wasn't even near full when the kid showed him the oil change level... he had to bring the oil out to the parking lot to fill it up and apologize. Also no he doesn't need new filters he just changed him and hardly drives the vehicle. Be careful they try to sneak by with half done service. We always used Jiffy Lube for over 10 years but that changes today! If someone pays for an oil change change it and fill it properly! UPDATE: Note to others even if you don't want the inspection and you don't pay for an inspection they will still put it into the system as a fail. Luckily we got a pass elsewhere. We also weren't given the insurance card back, plus the owners manual and other stuff from the glove compartment were left out on the floorboard. So much for high standards. Unfortunately, my wife took my truck there and let them sell her a $15.00 cabin filter for $54.99. DJ was absolutely incredible! So helpful and honest, I went in for an inspection and my car had quite a few issues. He took me out to the car to show me what was wrong and explain everything. We got everything fixed up so my car could pass inspection and we could keep it safe, and he made sure I got the best deals I could so it wouldn't break the bank. This review is actually for the Bryan location but they don't list that location (Briarcrest and Hwy 6). This is actually for Jiffy Lube in general... While the store is in tip top shape, customer waiting area beautiful, and customer service very friendly, the prices are unreal. I took my F250 in for a simple oil change. I drove up and was met by friendly staff. I asked the price for a synthetic oil change in this truck using 13 qts. They said the synthetic oil change was $90.99 + tax and fees. I'm thinking OK, cool. They took me inside and said they'd be right back. They go out and look over the truck and come back in and say step over to the computer and we'll go over the bill. With a tire rotation at $17, I expect about $125 or so. Dude says, your total will be $224. I asked how did that happen? He says, "Oh, well, the $90.99 is for 5 qts and you need 13." I explained that that's twice the price of Ford or other local places. Good grief! While I definitely appreciated the cleanliness of the shop and the fact that they told me BEFORE starting the work, I cannot believe they are twice the price of the Ford dealership (no special price there). No one in line at Jiffy Lube and no one in the bays. Now I understand why. Sorry Jiffy Lube...I'm not paying twice the price and apparently, neither is anyone else. Something to work on. As I'm getting in my truck, the customer service rep was explaining why I was pulling away (and I left in a nice way, not mean or upset) to one of the technicians, I hear the technician says, "Yeah, I'm sure it was the price". Our truck had mushy brakes. The wife took it in and they identified air in the brake lines and recommended a complete flush and replacement of the brake fluid due to the truck being 21 years old and never been done. They went through their complete inspection with no other issues identified. In and out less than an hour with no attempt to upscale. So gut out for less than $70. Went to jiffy lube today Saturday to have a simple oil change, I called yesterday and today before I arrived and they assured me over the phone the charge would be 44.00 minus my 15.00 coupon,when I got there they told me they didn't have the synthetic oil for my car, and the price jumped to 73.00.
