Not only did they answer during the mid-day football game, he promised to get someone out there as soon as he could and he would call me when they were on their way. While we missed the connection that evening, the following morning we got the car off the road and to the shop. They tried to start it only to know immediately what the problem was from the sound of things...timing belt and based on the type of engine (an interference engine) the valves were probably toast. I got the name of the new cab service in the area who rescued my son and got him safely ensconced in a local motel. John was timely and friendly. Thanks! I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car. They were flexible with my daughter's class schedule and even offered to pick up the car key from her. They were able to diagnose the issue, made some observations and advise us on what need to be done. Estimates and detailed suggestions were given for us to make a decision on what to do. Repairs were done in such timely manner that my daughter was able to get there before closing the next day to pick up the car! I was surprised because a standard alignment usually doesn't take very long. It also seemed like he didn't even know whether the alignment technician was there yet. Then another employee told me they don't perform alignments on Fridays. Before making the trip, I checked their website, and it states they offer alignments, but nowhere does it mention they don't do them on Fridays. Overall, I was disappointed by the customer service and the lack of clear communication about their scheduling and availability.
