The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car. They were flexible with my daughter's class schedule and even offered to pick up the car key from her. They were able to diagnose the issue, made some observations and advise us on what need to be done. Estimates and detailed suggestions were given for us to make a decision on what to do. Repairs were done in such timely manner that my daughter was able to get there before closing the next day to pick up the car!
