I found a mechanic and he suggested Franks would be a good alternative. Not only did they answer during the mid-day football game, he promised to get someone out there as soon as he could and he would call me when they were on their way. While we missed the connection that evening, the following morning we got the car off the road and to the shop. They tried to start it only to know immediately what the problem was from the sound of things...timing belt and based on the type of engine (an interference engine) the valves were probably toast. I got the name of the new cab service in the area who rescued my son and got him safely ensconced in a local motel. John was timely and friendly. Thanks! Now if only the car were worth repairing...or easily repaired.

We were the…read morevictims of another unfortunate Kia recall and this time Kia wouldn't provide a suitable solution. Instead, the Kia dealership wanted to charge for unnecessary repairs and way above retail for Kia original parts. The warranty manager at the dealership told me if I couldn't afford their repairs to take the car somewhere else. I'm so glad he said that because it lead us to Franks. I worked with John and he was willing to look for a solution that worked within our budget and made sense for the age of the car. We just picked the car up and it's running perfectly and the cost was less than half what we would have paid at the dealership. Thank you so much! I cannot recommend them enough.

When we explained exactly why the car was non drivable, he laughed with us at the pure incompetence at the person who couldn't tighten an oil plug correctly. The price of the tow was even better, under $100 when other companies were wanting almost $200 which in this economy can be a big detriment depending on your income. To me the number 1 thing about Jesse was after I mentioned to him I was a few weeks with child, he made sure to put his cigarette out before walking back over to me and that's a level of consideration that I'll always appreciate. If you need a kind, considerate, get it done ASAP tow Jesse is the man for the job. We will definitely be asking for him be name if we ever need a tow again!. Update on the car: Turns out that the problem was a bit more than just the oil plug not being tightened enough, it looks as though the entire oil pan was hit and dented by something on the road (which of course was not caused by the tow truck). Nonetheless, we highly appreciate the quick friendly service provided by Jesse and we'll recommend him to anyone who needs a relatively cheap yet quick and friendly tow service.

The employee never asked for my vehicle information or what the issue was. Instead, he said I'd have to drop off my vehicle. I was surprised because a standard alignment usually doesn't take very long. It also seemed like he didn't even know whether the alignment technician was there yet. Then another employee told me they don't perform alignments on Fridays. Before making the trip, I checked their website, and it states they offer alignments, but nowhere does it mention they don't do them on Fridays. Overall, I was disappointed by the customer service and the lack of clear communication about their scheduling and availability.
