Mr. Letz looked at an area for a steam shower. I showed him the equipment I already have and…read morediscussed the design and price which we agreed upon. Mr. Letz was very cordial saying that James knew how to install steam showers. From there it went down hill. James made several racist comments which were not acceptable in my household. Day after day he loudly degraded his son which I had to put to a stop to. When I reported this to Mr. Letz he said he would tell James to keep it down. Keeping it down is not acceptable as that energy is not allowed in my house. James obviously had no idea how to install steam equipment as he kept having me order additional parts that were not needed. When I called the manufacturer in his presence they said they had no idea what he was talking about. I also explained to Mr. Letz regarding the design that I wanted the ceiling sloped so the condensation would run off. James did not do this and I paid extra to have him remove and replace it. He also used another contractors material without asking. The grout was 3 different shades of the same color and uneven. I made it known that James was no longer allowed to my home, Mr. Letz came to fix it which did little as it was still miscolored. Mr. Letz is a very nice person but nice didn't make it right.

We were really surprised at how reasonable the prices were compared to the chain hardware stores. Some of the tiles we found were half if not a bit more than half off what the the chains stores are charging for similar designs. Service was a different issue, as there were plenty of employees running around but we didn't hear a single word from any of them until we flagged on down to ask questions. Either way, the less expensive prices are worth the lack of customer service for us.
