The tile floor is now making noise due to the fact that the tiles were not buttered properly when they were laid down. iIn addition the glass door to the shower was not installed properly and water leaks onto the floor. The grout inside the shower is now falling out. To top it off they couldn't even install the toilet paper holder properly which after about a month fell off the wall. I strongly recommend scheduling an appointment with one of their associates to discuss your project and place your order because we walked and nobody helped us. The receptionist in the front told us we would have to make an appointment with an associate, as we were about to leave when I stopped by and noticed a rack with some brochures with featured cabinets and sinks. That was fine because at this stage, we were just looking. We did find out that they provide the materials but do not handle the installation. While Ferguson Bath, Kitchen & Lighting Gallery may not be the most budget-friendly option, the quality of their products will hopefully ensure stellar results.

Matt Iamundo and his group did a tremendous job on both large projects. For one, when Matt says he will be at the job at a given time he shows up on time. When he leaves he doesn't leave a mess. In fact, on the first day of our bathroom demo I thought he didn't show up until I walked into what was the former shell of our bathroom! He gets the job done in the agreed upon timeframe and in many cases he is ahead of schedule! He cleans up after the job and he's mindful that while work is being done, you still need a house to call home and things aren't left in disarray or full of dust and debris. His craftsmanship is superb and he does a terrific job pulling a project together. He is willing to make changes you request and will make recommendations as they relate to layout of tiling and the like. While I'm sorry to say we've likely run out of projects for Matt, I have recommended him to several friends who have been equally happy with his work who have in turn recommended him to others. I highly recommend Bayshore Remodeling and feel that anyone that uses this company will find they have a positive experience.

After being treated very rudely a week earlier by the unfriendly cashier when my husband tried returning a purchase with a rebate receipt ( it's exactly like a regular receipt except missing the bar code) and being told he couldn't without the regular receipt, my husband was furious! We were only expecting store credit of course but even that seemed impossible. As a last resort he contacted the Bed bath Beyond customer service phone number who in turn forwarded him to the general / regional manager she was finally able to get the issue resolved. She agreed to allow us to return the item for store credit. So we went back to the store the following week and asked for the store manager Jimmy who was very apologetic for the return troubles and quickly issued us a store credit.
