Celio quoted a reasonable price for installation and had several good ideas for locations in the house where there were challenging transitions from floor to floor, floor to steps and a fireplace surround. Celio by trade is a wood floor installer and refinisher but told me he had put the same flooring I wanted in his house. I was originally going with flooring from Lumber Liquidators but Celio mentioned he had a supplier that had a similar floor at a lower price. Celio sent me pictures and brought me a sample. My wife and I agreed to the flooring and settled on a price for the flooring and the installation. The installation included wood trim, wood moldings, transition pieces etc. We had agreed to give him a deposit for the wood, we agreed to meet at the house. Celio already had the material which made me confident and we scheduled an installation date a few days after he delivered the materials. The flooring needs to acclimate to the temperature and humidity of the home for a few days prior to installation. Installation was quick, 3 men including Celio were on time and installed. There were situations where I wasn't happy with certain molding or position of the step tread and transition, my concerns were taken into account and rectified. I am very pleased with the job and I will not hesitate to recommend and utilize C A Wood Floor in the future.

They butchered the floors. 1) never showed up with the right materials, (stain colors, sealers) the stain color was incorrect and because of the time crunch I hoped for the best, I was wrong. Who loves pink floors? 2) left grooves running perpendicular to the floors , my floors have waves in them, very apparent now after the topcoat. 3) areas with missing stain, uneven stain, extra sealant, no top coat and a lot of hard pieces stuck in the finish. 4) previous stain not removed in certain areas, new stain marks on things like radiators, walls, door frames. They expected payment before a final walk through, it was wet so it would have had to wait another day. So now my floors are regrettable and my money has been spent. Use at your own risk.

Everyone that was involved from Shawn the contractor, his assistant, electrician, plumber, flooring, insulator, granite installers, showed up when expected and did a great job. Many friends and neighbors have come to see it and everyone is wowed by it. I could go on and on but you get the idea! I highly recommend Seeview Kitchens without reservation. His response, nothing. I can tell you what I'm not doing is sanding the floor down again. After closer inspection, in the middle of the kitchen floor, is a piece of his long gray hair in the poly. Again, he tells us to pull it out, buff and put some poly on it. This is just incredible. And he stormed out, grabbed the envelope with the cash that I was going to pay him with.
