HONEST, RELIABLE, EFFICIENT, KNOWLEDGEABLE, EXCELLENT…read more Last year we purchased a house built in 1905. Luna construction remodeled this rough and run-down house into a beautiful home! Omar and his crew did the following: * refurbished the original hardwood floors * re-plastered the walls and ceilings, removing multiple layers of paint and wallpaper * built a new bathroom on the main floor * renovated the kitchen * rewired the house * repaired major plumbing issues * renovated the upstairs bathroom * trimmed and removed trees. AND SO MUCH MORE! Omar and his crew work quickly and efficiently, with honest and reasonable prices, and a high degree of professional excellence. WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND LUNA DEMO & REMO.

When we meeded advice, the staff went to the most knowledgeable people they had INSTEAD of talking around in circles. There were no pressured sales. My meetings with my sales rep were all about MY needs, not the company. My installation was done RIGHT, because FCA referred us to an extra contractor for specialized work, instead of winging it and charging a fortune. My carpet is literally comfortable enough to sleep on. I love what they've done, and I would never recommend anyone else.

The management there is rude and condescending to say the least . They promised they would make the problem right even if it meant replacing floor according to our salesman , well in the end it amounted to them only paying for half the cost to replace it . Have to be crazy if they thought I would give them even 1 more dollar to fix what they installed . This store for sure did not live up to their promises of making the customer happy . Will never shop there again and will urge anyone I know to do the same . UNHAPPY FCA FORMER CUSTOMER

Finally showed up at 6pm, no big deal things happen. Seemed like a nice guy so the wife and I talked it over after he left and decided that we would go with his company. I texted him the next day which was a Saturday asking him to call me when he had a chance, he called 15 minutes later and I told him the news. He said that he was working that day and would stop by between 3pm and 4pm. We waited around for him and he finally called me at 6:30pm to tell me he would not be able to make it. I understand that things happen but he could have le us know with a text or something so we did not sit around waiting for nothing. He apologized and said that he had nothing to do Sunday that he can come over to get deposit and sign contract. We agreed that he would call me about 12pm. Still haven't heard from him.

Eric was honest and made some helpful suggestions to improve on our garage ventilation. The crew showed up as scheduled and there was lots of them. The pre-job preparation to catch any rogue nails and small shingle pieces was excellent. After removing the old roof, it was found we had two 8x4's with rot from water damage and had them replaced. I believe lesser companies might have reinstalled right over those bad boards? By early evening the entire job was finished including clean up. The new roof looks great. It will take awhile to see if Haynes Construction did a great job but my initial impression is that we chose the right company. Fully licenced and insured.

Really poor business ethic and style. I was very clear from first call through final step that I owned the house, lived out of state, and it was not a rental.
