Meet the Manager: Tom C.
With nearly 8 years at Carpet Weaver’s, Tom leads the Bourbonnais team with a focus on exceptional customer service and smooth project execution. He oversees the daily operations of the sales staff and installers, ensuring every customer experience is a positive one.
Tom enjoys working in a team environment where collaboration and a family-like atmosphere are part of the everyday culture. Building strong relationships with customers and helping them feel confident in their flooring choices is what motivates him most.
Two of his favorite products to recommend? Luxury vinyl plank and carpet — both stylish, practical, and in high demand.
When he’s not in the store, Tom loves spending time with his family and grandchildren. You’ll often find him tackling DIY projects around the house and yard on the weekends.
