The windows were horrible with streaks and spots everywhere. My daughter and I were able to clean the windows just fine with some windex and paper towels. The only reason I hired a company was because I was short on time getting ready for a grad party. I also hired them to clean a bedroom carpet and stairs. Every time I had carpets cleaned by other companies, they would always vacuum first, not this place. The carpets were ok. When I left a voicemail stating my dissatisfaction with the window cleaning job, to date nobody has returned my call. Funny, they would return my call when I was setting up the appointment. In addition I sent several photos via their facebook messenger page of the terrible cleaning job on my windows, still to date no return message. I always try to support local businesses whenever possible (not to mention a neighbor too). This is so disappointing, terrible customer service. I will never use them or refer them again. They don't have licensed electricians doing th electrical which led to many other issues after they "completed" The Work. The crew chief/supervisor George called me after the verbal altercation with his boss and said he does not represent my teams values and work ethics. Considering the fact that I have not been able to get the company back to Fix the issues from their incompetent employees who also lie Tells me a lot about the overall company. I've called my insurance and told them not to use them anymore. If they offered to redo everything for free, I would deny access to my home. Obviously that changed when I met CJ @ Illinois restoration... Unfortunately about 2 months ago I had toilet water coming through my ceiling into my therapy bay from the dermatology clinic upstairs. I obviously freaked out and immediately called CJ who I had recently been introduced to. He literally stopped what he was doing and was at my clinic in 15 minutes. He took control of the situation and to my astonishment, had a team pull an overnight to 100% clean and de-nastify my space. I was able to treat patients the very next day! The story doesn't end there. The people responsible for the mess were less than cooperative and CJ and his crew were phenomenal go-betweens to get the mitigation and the rebuild covered as quick as possible. I did not know that any mitigation company also did the rebuild work! 100% made a shitty (no pun intended!) situation so much more tolerable. I can't say enough about CJ and his team. Price looked high to me at first, but in researching the issue, the $2,575 was on the lower side for such work. Still, I decided to get a few more quotes. What a mistake. Of the 12 electricians I contacted only 6 returned my call. Four didn't show up, one told me my entire system was shot and needed to be replaced, and one just played games. I contacted Jay on May 19. He fit me in his busy scheduled for May 20 and 21. It was about an 8 hour job over two days. The work is professional. My disconnect was an old "fuse type" that was badly rusted and a fire hazard. Some wires were hanging unnoticed and could have been an electrocution hazard. Jay handled the project with professionalism, knowledge, and found the right electrician to handle the job. I don't mind paying what is a fair price for an excellent job.
